This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. There is no live chat option or phone number on their website to speak to anyone. I sent them multiple different emails requesting to return the high frequency wand because I only used it a few times & I ended up with hearing loss in my left ear. They responded to one of the emails but not the second one I sent them even though they say they usually respond within 24 hours for every email. I waited almost 3 weeks for them to respond to my second email when I found their address on their website & decided to ship the item back & paid for the shipping out of pocket after spending money to lyft to ups. After the return was delivered I emailed the company with the tracking number of my order & the person's name it was delivered to (*********) to ask how long it would take for my return to be processed as I paid with afterpay 3 out of 4 installments & did not want to get billed the remaining installment. They asked for my order number. I told them my full name, my address, my phone number, the last four digits of the card and type of card I used for the purchase, the day of the purchase & the afterpay order number of my order thinking it was the same thing. I figured once they received my order when they processed the return they would send it back to the card associated with the return address, sender & product number I returned however that did not happen. I asked if they could use that information to locate my order number as I already returned the order & was not sure what my order number was since I ordered it from their website as a guest & did not make an account. I received no response. I sent several other emails with the time of purchase, the merchant order number on afterpay & even my order number after I found it in my email. I was not refunded & afterpay still charged me for the last installment. I called their number I found on afterpay ********** & it was for a warehouseBusiness response

Purchase a dehumidifier in early January. It took almost 3 weeks to receive the item. Upon receiving I realized the item was defective. Reached out to the vendor who finally after going back and forth agreed to refund me $49. I had to absorb the shipping back. In advance of receiving confirmation the vendor would refund me I opened a dispute case which was immediately closed upon our agreement. The vendor agreed to refund me within 60 days and now they are telling me it will take another 60 days. 4 months to receive a refund is unacceptable. This transaction from the beginning to date is now going on 5 months.Business response
