I filled out the application, the bank I was using was not acceptable. I changed the bank and still not acceptable. I contacted the company. They needed an account with direct deposit. A third party verification link was sent to me to connect my account. They wanted me to forward a selfie holding my ID and two months of bank statements. Then emailed requesting three months of bank statements from the account they would be receiving payment. It was successful. I received approval and signed a lease agreement. Payment was to be made at the time of the signing of the electronic lease. Nothing was deducted from my account and I received an email that they would follow up. I followed up with Leaseville days later about when I would get the product and to say I was happy to do business with them. No response. I called a couple days later to follow up and was asked to verify my account routing and account info and she stated this was not the info presented on the application. I said you all stated it had to be an account that the direct deposit came from and the account you verified, she said okay Im updating the information now and someone will be in contact with you via shortly. Never did anyone explain that the initial payment comes from a card and remaining payments from EFT. I received an email saying my order have not been approved because they could not draft the money from the card that that is not connected to the bank account that they verified through **************. When trying to speak to them, they were rude. I think this is misuse of information.LeaseVille.com

I have 3 payments left on my apple desktop! I paid them over $3k for this computer. I missed 1 payment in now my computer is locked out! I reach out to the company to get my compacted unlocked they sent me a BOGUS code they knew wouldnt work!! And now they want me to send off my almost paid computer to them to MANUALLY RESET IT! Thats makes absolutely no sense!!! If yall can have full access to my computer to lock it , unlock it and removed the lock once paid in full! Why do I have to send it back to get it MANUALLY UNLOCKED? Lmao this company is a SCAMMMM!!! Do not do it!! All these great reviews are their employees DONT FALL FOR IT! I placed an order and it was for my daughters birthday. The order was placed a few days before and canceled by the retailer. **** made extra calls for me and made sure my order was ready to be picked up prior to the party the next day. He really went above and beyond to assist me. So far, nothing negative I can say about the company and this is my second order!LeaseVille.com
