      I give 1 star because theres no way to give 0. Worst service Ive everen in my life. ******** company, terrible! Dont waste your money like I lost mine. I lost more than $500 dollars. Its been more than 1 month since I ordered and they didnt deliver it. They say that the frames are missing. They gave a period of 1 to 3 weeks for these frames to arrive and nothing. The deadline has expired. And now they said they cant provide an ***. But they dont refund the money either. Im taking legal action against them. Dont lose your money like I did!

      Place is a scam. I paid for the highest quality thin lenses and what they sent back are cheap thick lenses. I emailed them and they said send pictures to them. I did and one week later nothing back from them. I can't get any response. Stay away!

      Beware - you send your frames and you might never get them or lenses back. **************** is not helpful at all. They have a phone number, but they admit "it does not work and they are trying to restore it." This place is a complete scam. I have waited almost a month and still no lenses. They said it is because of quality control. Now I just want my frames back and they are giving me a run around. I would avoid this company at all costs. Not worth the time and effort.

      The lenses I ordered were the right prescription but nothing is sharp. I have to put them at a very uncomfortable angle to not get a headache wearing them. Pretty much they are impossible to wear normally. I reached out to customer service and it's been over a week of no reply. Just seems like I wasted money here.

      They were confused by the order, and instead of contacting me to clarify they sent me incorrect lenses. Then they only offered a 25% discount to do it right. *** stopped doing business with them.

      Took about a month to get the new polarized progressive lenses in my sunglasses. I ordered the best available "digital". I was really concerned with getting the widest "field of view" so that I could see clearly at angles and not have to turn my head to look squarely at stuff. However, while the lenses are decent, they are not as good as the original lenses and have a limited "field of view". Not sure who can make the best lenses, but my local eyeglass company was better at the time. Unfortunately, they couldn't make new lenses because they don't carry that brand of sunglasses anymore.
