      Order#***** I placed the order 12/12/23 and paid regular shipping.I contacted them on 12/22/23 to ask if the item had shipped. They stated yes but it was held up in shipping.I received the order on 12/26 with a shipping label dated 12/22/23, and the wrong fabric.I contacted them and they said that was the only color they had so I could return it.I returned the merchandise and iFabric confirmed that they received the material.They stated on 1/17/24 that they had processed a refund.I financed this purchase through Affirm.com and affirm is saying there wasnt any refund so I have to pay this.I tried calling iFabric.com and the mailbox is full.I have sent more emails and have not received an answer. I want my refund of $469.05.I have all the email correspondence but dont know how to upload it.

      Hello. My name is *****************, I purchased fabric from you guys on 9|20/2020. You guys claimed my package was shipped on 10/13/2020. I check my tracking information every ******** continues to show that my shipment is ready for **** meaning that you guys only printed out the shipping label and *** hasn't received it as of yet. It is now 11/12/2020. A whole month later and I still haven't received my package. It is now 4 years later & I never received any compensation from my order. I ordered $179.88 worth of fabric. I reached out to the company via email in 2020 TWICE and never received any email back regarding to that order. When I pull up my order now, it still says the order is confirmed with tracking information that never updated. I simply wanted my money back because this company is a scam.

      The customer purchase the ********************** 4 years ago and at that time the fabric was delivered. 4 years later the customer emailed us that they did not receive the product and so went ahead and ****** the fabric to them. The tracking number that the fabric was delivered is 1ZG73K490315208468.

      On May 27, 2022 I ordered 3 yards of Royal Blue Silk Velvet Fabric for $101.97. My account was charged but the tracking says that the fabric has not shipped as of 2-12-23 and I cannot reach ifabric customer service through any of the available methods.

      Order# ***** Purchased 8 different colors of minky fabric, 4 yards each, on 11/20/22. Products were promised to be shipped in 5-7 days per their website. Items finally arrived around Christmas. Although, not ALL items arrived. 3 of the colors ordered, 4 yards each, never arrived. I've attempted to call several times, phone never answered. I've tried emailing and live chatting with no response or resolution. The company, iFabric, had charged me all items even though I have not received all items. I requested a refund for the price of the items I didn't receive, no response. Total for merchandise not received $131.88

      I order some Wonder woman fabric from Ifabric on Oct 10th 2022 under order # *****.I have tracked the order through their website and it states that the label was created. I have never received my order. I was charged ***** for this order on Oct 9th that I have not received. I have reached out to this company via email and phone. Emails have gone unanswered. The phone # just goes to a full voice mail box. I tried the chat option and no one ever gets on to talk to me. I am requesting a refund of *****.

      Ordered Fabric on 9-2-22, They took the money on 9-7-22 and it is 9-12-22 and can't get a hold of anyone or find out if the item has been shipped. No way to contact anyone. I would like the fabric but if you can't find out any details about shipping then thats a problem. Shipping an item doesn't take forever and I live north of los angeles in the bay area. The phone number listed is disconnected and no response on the chat within the webpage.

Fabric was never received. Emailed the company and got 2 responses back originally, then nothing. The phone number is disconnect. This is a total scam.

I have attempted to call (phone number listed on their website is disconnected) I have email several times with no response. It has been 28 days since I placed my order. I have never received it.

      I ordered fabric (order#****** back in March 2022. They emailed with confirmation of the order but never shipped the order. I emailed them a month later and they responded saying it would get shipped the following Tuesday. That was in April. I still have not received my order and now they have disconnected their phone number and don't respond to emails. They charged my credit card for the full amount.

      I placed my orders 3/17 (*****) $154.62 & 3/20 (*****) $187.08, they took payment at the time of the order 3/29 Requested Update since I had not received a shipping notification 3/30 Was told BY iFabric that "..both orders have been processed and they will be shipped out on Tuesday." Tuesday would have been 4/5 4/6 I sent another email requesting the status since I had not received any shipping notification for the orders. 4/11 Sent a 2nd Request for an update since no one responded. 4/13 Received email from iFabric stating "your orders will be shipped out asap." 4/13 I replied back for additional information as to what "ASAP" means. A few days, weeks months, etc. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED Since I have not heard anything back from iFabric I told them to officially CANCEL BOTH ORDERS. 4/23 Sent email with all the above information. NEVER heard back 4/29 & 5/1 iFabric sent email for me to review my purchase. Thinking that meant the order had shipped, I waited until yesterday 5/25 Emailed again, NO RESPONSE 5/26 Called but phone # not active, Did their "Chat" form (no response). Posted on their ******** page my summary and have now officially filed a complaint. At this point I want a refund for the total of $341.70 or immediate delivery. Thank you.
