      I ordered fabric (order#****** back in March 2022. They emailed with confirmation of the order but never shipped the order. I emailed them a month later and they responded saying it would get shipped the following Tuesday. That was in April. I still have not received my order and now they have disconnected their phone number and don't respond to emails. They charged my credit card for the full amount.

      I placed my orders 3/17 (*****) $154.62 & 3/20 (*****) $187.08, they took payment at the time of the order 3/29 Requested Update since I had not received a shipping notification 3/30 Was told BY iFabric that "..both orders have been processed and they will be shipped out on Tuesday." Tuesday would have been 4/5 4/6 I sent another email requesting the status since I had not received any shipping notification for the orders. 4/11 Sent a 2nd Request for an update since no one responded. 4/13 Received email from iFabric stating "your orders will be shipped out asap." 4/13 I replied back for additional information as to what "ASAP" means. A few days, weeks months, etc. NO RESPONSE RECEIVED Since I have not heard anything back from iFabric I told them to officially CANCEL BOTH ORDERS. 4/23 Sent email with all the above information. NEVER heard back 4/29 & 5/1 iFabric sent email for me to review my purchase. Thinking that meant the order had shipped, I waited until yesterday 5/25 Emailed again, NO RESPONSE 5/26 Called but phone # not active, Did their "Chat" form (no response). Posted on their ******** page my summary and have now officially filed a complaint. At this point I want a refund for the total of $341.70 or immediate delivery. Thank you.

      Made order online in February 19,2022 it told me my items would be delivered 5-7 days which it never came I tired calling them the number is disconnected so I emailed them 3/2 asking where my order no response so I emailed again 3/10 and got a response of an email with apps tracking number whish I responded asking to stop shipping and return package back to them and ask for a refund because my event came and went and it was almost over a month since I placed the order so 3/28 I received email from ups which I called them and told them to return package back to Ifabric and they stop package but it still got delivered to my address so I called ups back explaining that I had stop this package from being delivered and the whole situation with them so they sent a *** driver to pick package up and now ups lost package and cannot get in contact with Ifabric so I can get refunded my money because it will get sent to Ifabric instead of me.

      I ORDERED FABRIC BELOW ATTACHMENT Apr 08, 2022 XXXXX POS PURCHASE 04/XX XX:XX IFABRIC XXX-XXXXXXX ** XXXXXXXX XXXXXX ******* i HAVE NEVER RECEIVED MY PRODUCT. I HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER BUT NEVER MOVED.I HAVE EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE. I JUST TRIED CALLING AND THE NUMBER WAS DISCONNECTED. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP COMPANY WEBSITE IS IFABRIC.COM

      I placed a order for fabric, I attempted to contact the company to get info on estimated shipping after not being able to contact them by the phone number listed. I attempted to email them 6 different times. I asked them to cancel my order, no response. I was leary about shopping for fabric for a prom dress based on lack of communication so I went to a local fabric store which was more expensive yet I was able to see the fabric. I still can not reach this company and no other communication is available other than email. I would like a full refund. I also paid for expedite shipping.

      As of today May 31,2022. The item i order and paid express delivery still hasn't arrived. No contact from company and information provided. I believe this product was never sent and I've been scammed out of my money.
