I had an extremely poor experience with AAA Garage ************ and would very strongly suggest that others look to another company. I came to find out that they overcharged me almost 3xs what other providers quote for the same exact service. Not only was the garage system being ridiculously marked up and overcharged but the actual installation was done in such a poor and unprofessional manner which then also consumed more of my own time as the company had to come out multiple times in a two day span to install the system properly. Just a very poor and extremely unprofessional job, not what I would expect when hiring a professional garage door repair/installation company and especially after learning how much they overcharge for their services.After calling the company with my concerns about both the installation and the price, I spoke with a manager that offered to come back out himself to fix the installation issues and offer an additional refund of $300.The manager that came out helped do the wiring and installation properly which was very much appreciated. However just a very poor experience overall with a markup on the product that again was nearly 3xs what others would charge. The manager acknowledged this markup however noted that this was part of their price of doing business.Needless to say I will not return for any future service nor would I suggest AAA Garage ************ to anyone else. I cant recall having a worse experience with a service company.
