I purchased a water fountain made by this company in October 2023. The acrylic panel was defective, so I have been unable to use this product at all. I contacted Alpine, and a representative named ***************************** assured me that a replacement panel would be sent, but they were currently out of stock. It has now been more than six months, and no replacement has been provided. Furthermore, all contact has been initiated by me with no effort made by Alpine to resolve this. Due to the amount of time that has passed, I am now stuck with a very expensive item I cannot use as it is well outside the return window. Meanwhile, I continue to see this item available for sale at several retailers, so Alpine is obviously supplying these items to sale. However, they do not care about taking care of consumers who have already spent money on their faulty products.Initial Complaint

I recently bought the Alpine Corporation 3-Tiered Bowls Tabletop Fountain, but guess what? It arrived damaged. The corner where the pump is located is totally broken, and there's a missing cab on the pump. It looks like someone might have used and returned it before. And check out the pics, you'll see some broken pieces on the table. Oh, and the pipe is clogged with dirt too. I haven't even tried it yet! I might need to send multiple emails with pictures because of the attachment limit. If you need more pics or a video, just let me know. And could you please send me a return label? Just got a response from customer service saying the pics I sent weren't clear. Did I send all 5 of them unclear? Why didn't you ask me to resend or take clearer shots?I was hoping that BBB could help me to get my refund or a replacement. I'd really appreciate it!My request number is ******.Initial Complaint

5/1/23. Bought 2 of these windmills and both of them bearing broke in days of putting up called rural king and I was outside of 30 day return called the ********** that they told me to call and get no answer from alpine emailed with no response from them I would like a replacement or atheist the c clamp and bearings to fix it they have no customer serviceInitial Complaint

I ordered a product from this company. It was a Birdbath. The order was delivered and the Birdbath which should have had 2 birds only had one. I contacted the company several times. All I wanted is for them to send me the missing piece. I got a complete run around. I also emailed the Owner of the company and the *** of the company and never received a reply. This companies Customer relations is inadequate and unacceptable. Their customer service reps are incompetent to say the least. Buyer Beware.Initial Complaint

Year of chaos and delays:Alpine said this item was stuck in port, out of stock on/off for a year. I was promised over the phone that I would be called the moment it was in stock but the Alpine agent didnt keep her word causing more delays. When it finally came back in stock the resellers would price ***** and the price would almost double. Had to check this product numerous times daily for the last year. I cannot even say how upset I am to finally get this product and find out that it was a knock off version and then when I called and spoke to ***** in customer care I was treated rudely with gaslighting and manipulative treatment. She did advise that the plan was for her PERSONALLY to handle it and a new item to be shipped postage waived w/ photos provided to get an authentic as described item. Instead of ***** handling this PERSONALLY, she simply forwarded this to customer care and advise she never heard back and thus did nothing. She is aware that its not as described but she put forth zero effort into updating the advertising in compliance of federal and state laws and for the purpose of not having more customers suffer a loss. ITEM BROKEN, NOT AS DESCRIBED KNOCK OFF After a year of daily effort to FINALLY receive product, I am sent a shorter knock off version, The fountain and lights do not work List some of the ways that it was not as described:1 Add says 36 inches See the measuring stick its much shorter 2. Paint is worn off. Clearly this is a return item with the ad states that it is new with unflawed paint 3. In the ad it has the mother further away from the babies face but the one I was sent has the babies face much closer so clearly its a knock off 4 Ad Bear turns its full belly to the front but this one has a hidden small belly 5 Ad Bear has large buttock. Sent item has small buttocks 6 Add states working fountain and lights. Both are broken POOR PRODUCT DESIGN Cube on light plug prevents 2 plugs from going into my outdoor outletInitial Complaint

I received a gazing ball as a gift in May, 2022. There is a rubber cap at the end that is a moisture seal. It has already dried out and cracked rendering it ineffective. It literally lasted 4 months. There is no number to call this company. I tried to contact them via a form on their website. The space to click "I am not a robot" does not work. I cannot find any replacements for this part. I would like this item replaced. It is a 2" rubber cap that reads, "Do Not Remove - Made In China - Moisture Seal". Additionally, for my trouble I would like extras in lieu of them only lasting 4 months. I would also like to know where I can find a replacement in the future. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Purchased a water fountain from company 12/3/21. The fountain is now chipping all over and we contacted the company because warranty is 12 months. The company asked for pictures which we submitted. The customer service reached out to me and said they will replace the fountain but don't cover the mailing costs. ************** stated that they have a program when I give the company 5 stars on a review they will waive the fee! This is an insult and they are asking that I should write a wrong review just to get my free mailing for my damaged product. This doesn't seem right and highly inappropriate. This business does not pay any of their customers back. They place orders and never pay this has been going on for months many of the companies are at a loss because of them thousands and thousands. When trying to contact their accounts payable they do not answer or are left for hours on hold to only be told they are in a meeting.Business response
