      I ordered a bottle of Beyond Straight on 3/11 and received a confirmation email that they received the order and I would get a shipping confirmation email. I did not receive that email. Tried to email them to see what was going on but the email address is undeliverable. Tried to call but just get a busy signal. They are deliberately taking peoples orders/money and not sending the product. This is FRAUD! I no longer see that product available on their website. I will be asking my bank to reverse the charges.

      Like most of the other complaints I see here, I ordered a flat iron from them months ago and have not received it and the only contact info I can find is an email address which comes back with an error when I've tried to contact them. They product was $199 and I want my money back. Or I would happily take the flatiron I paid for but I want it NOW.

      I ordered a replacement Maxiglide under warranty because the one that I currently have stopped working. Since it was still covered under warranty I was told that a replacement would be shipped to me. This was in December of 2022. It is now March 2023 and i still have not received the replacement. Everytime I call them they give me the run around and tell me that the item is on backorder and that I should check back in 2 to 3 weeks. Every 2 to 3 weeks they tell me the same thing. I tried calling them today and the phone number is out of service and the website is unavailable. This is despicable and unsettling.

      I ordered the Maxiglide XP for $200 on March 9, 2023. I received an email that my order was confirmed and would be shipped within 3-7 days. I did not receive any more communication from the company that my order was ever shipped a week later. I emailed them and asked for an update and received an automatic email back stating there was an error and the email could not be delivered. I tried the website I used to order and the website now states that the website is unavailable. I have not received the product I ordered and they have already taken the money for it out of my account.

      I made a purchase on March 6,2023 for a maxius brush. I purchased from this company a couple years ago and I love love the brush and I recently lost it so i ordered a new one. However i went to check the status of my order on 3/10/2023 and the website is completely shut down. I havent received an email a phone call a refund or anything. This is definitely theft. I dont know how to get into with anyone. I tried to send an email but only received a return of address not found. Why take my money and order just to close with no warning or anything.

      I made an order for a maxi glide in December 2022. The product never came. I sent the company an email and told me that my order hadnt shipped yet and when it does, I will get an email. I havent heard back from them and now the phone number doesnt work and my email came back as undeliverable. At this point, I just want my money back if they cant produce the product.

      I placed an order on January 14th (order # *****). I went through my bank statements and emails and noticed that I was again charged for the same thing (order #*****) on February 9th. It's already March, and I have received none of these orders. I would like to cancel one of these duplicates and receive a refund since I did not order this twice. The customer service phone number is disconnected, and when I email support, I get a message that it couldn't be delivered. I reached out on ******** and Instagram and nothing. I have ordered from this company before and never had a problem like this.

      I placed my order in December and have yet to receive it. I contacted support in January and was told it will take 4 weeks to ship and another 3-7 business days to arrive. It has now been over 2 months and their customer service phone number is not in service and the emails get bounced back as undeliverable, there is no one to contact.

      On Jan.13,2023 I ordered the product Maximus Beauty Beyond for $29.99. I was sent a confirmation of my order #***** that it would be shipped and I would be notified. I received no shipping details so I emailed the company on Jan. 20, 2023. On the same day I received a response from the company to allow for 4 weeks for order to ship and that an email would be sent to me. It also stated to allow 5-7 business days from shipped date to receive order.On Wednesday, Feb 15, 2023, I emailed them again. Undeliverable. I emailed a second time undeliverable. I called the number given 888-629-4875not in service. I was charged $29.99 on my card the day I ordered the productJan 13, 2023. As of today I have no product, but they have my money.

      I order a MaxiGlide XP + Free Beauty Kit 1 on 11/18/2022 for a total cost of $213.21. I paid for this product and still have not received it. I tried contacting the vendor at their email as stated on their website ************************************** i got an error saying this email address doesn't not exist. i also called their customer service number *************) and it says the number is out of service. This is unreal that you can't get a whole of customer service and that they charged me the whole amount for a product i have not received. I can't even talk to anyone to get a refund. They stole from me. I want immediate retribution for my wasted time trying to reach them to no availability and complete refund for the items i paid that i never received.
