I ordered a detangling brush on Dec 18 2021. Paid $45 for it. I never received the brush. I emailed the company and received a response from a different email address stating that orders ship after 4 weeks and that I would receive notification. It's been 4 weeks and I've heard nothing.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Maxius straightener as a replacement for one I received over 15 years ago as a gift. The old one still worked but I was convinced to buy the updated version because of the swivel cord and better temperature control. Plus the old one lasted so long I believed I was getting a great product that would last at least as long as the first. I received it in December of 2019. I know this was just over 2 years ago but I have only used it maybe 20 times since the start of the pandemic. Who was bothering with their hair then? It was kept in the original box and kept in great conditions. I went to use it a few days ago and nothing happened when I turned on the device. I tried other outlets and nothing. I checked the website and they have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. No mention of a limited time on it. Only a month limit on returns. I contacted the company and was told it was over a year since I bought it and they couldn't help. There is no mention on the website of a year limit anywhere. I loved the original straightener I received and if I had known the newer, updated one would die after less than 50 uses I never would have bought it. I would have just kept the older one. Very disappointed in the company. I wasn't even offered a discount on a new one.Business response
