    On 4/12/2024 I ordered the BrushX Volumizer/Blow Dryer. Per the attached Screen Shot of my Order Status it was supposedly delivered on 4/23/2024 however I have never received it and after a few emails I have gotten no where. They sent me a tracking number (noted on the emails) but this is not a **** # and when I go to the sight they refer me to it seems a bit shady as I am not familiar with this delivery company. I also tried calling them at the # on their website ************** but no one has returned my call. I fear this is a scam but any help you can give me would be appreciated. Thank you.

    Order confirmation received on January 6th, ****, order #**** for a Dyson Airstrait. I still have not received my order. I sent an email to the email listed, ************************************** inquiring about the whereabouts of my order. I received an email today stating that my e-mail was undeliverable. Now, when I go to the website, it says that the store is under maintenance. Ive now read all of these horrible reviews and can tell that my order is never going to make it. I had a bad feeling that this was a scam. I would like a full refund. I no longer wish to wait for something that isnt going to arrive.

    I received an email from Amazon (which is where my order was placed through) to contact mybrushx because they were recalling the styling brush I purchased. I followed the instructions on mybrushx.com's website to immediately cut the electric cord to the appliance, take a picture of the destroyed product, and that I would received a replacement in the mail. I received no response from the company. After several months I emailed them several times to inquire about the status of my replacement product. I never received a response. Now I am out a product with no replacement.

    My purchase was made on 11/30/22, I never received the product I ordered. I do not want a replacement order. In March the company said they would sent me a refund. As of today 05/01/23 I have not received a refund.

    I ordered a BrushX online of 5 February 2023, the product showed in transit for over a month and a few days ago showed delivered via the tracking I was provided. Nothing was delivered to me, and I dont know which courier company to try and contact to locate the product. Ive emailed BrushX to no response. If they cant locate the product, at least have the decency to respond. I have purchased one before which arrived, this one hasnt. It cant take that long!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!! After hearing great reviews from friends, I was eager to purchase a Brushx hair dryer. I ordered the Brush A MONTH AGO and never received it. After reaching out through customer service, they mentioned the package was "lost in transit". A replacement was offered which I declined as I was not waiting another month and/or risking another package being lost. I kindly asked for a refund when communication seems to have stopped on their end. Safe to say they'll steal your money and waste your time! A claim will be filed via banking!

    My original order #****** was shipped on 12/13/22. On 1/11/23 I contacted customer support via email and received word back that my order was declared lost. I was asked to confirm my address for a replacement to be sent out, which I did on 1/12/23. On 1/15/23 I received an email confirming a replacement request had been made and that I would receive a new tracking number once it successfully shipped out. On 1/22/23 I reached out via email again requesting a status update for my replacement order. On 1/24/23 I received a reply stating there had been a delay in the processing and shipping of my order. It is now 1/31/23 and I still do not have the product I ordered or a refund. When I go to the website, the item I originally purchased is showing as available. I purchased a BrushX a few years ago and when it reached the end of its natural life I did not hesitate to purchase a new unit since I had been so pleased with my initial purchase. I still love the products, but I am growing extremely frustrated with my current situation and the lack of specifics surrounding when/if a replacement will be sent or if I will instead be refunded.

    Purchased a brushx from the company in October 2021. Appeared to have a recalled version of product but was never notified despite company saying they sent emails to defective product clients. Out of town over the weekend and the product started to smoke/spark and smell of fire after being unable to turn it off or change between settings. Unplugging it was the only way to get it to turn off. Have attempted multiple times in 3 days to contact them about the defective product. Number has been disconnected. No response to emails or to message forums. They claim they will replace the recalled defective product with a new one but I cannot reach them in order to request one.

    On or about September 16, 2022 I purchased a BrushX hair/brush drier. On or about October 16, 2022 my wife followed up about not receiving the paid for item which was purportedly shipped. BrushX advised that the item was lost during shipment. We asked for the item to be reshipped. We have since made numerous inquiries. Each time we receive similar (automated, I believe) responses indicating the item was lost in shipping. Our address is correct with BrushX. I then read reviews of *** and realized that most victims are experience the same Modus Operandi (MO) from BrushX. This has left me with the opinion that BrushX never intended to fufill my order. I think that I am a victim of fraud. I live in ****** and BrushX is listed as a company in the USA. Pursuing a civil or criminal case would be to costly and pointless for me. I'm even wondering if telling the *** about this is useful. Submitting this experience to the *** seems like the only way to close the loop on a very frustrating online purchase with a company that does not seem to be what they are presenting themselves as. I hope no one else loses any hard earned money. In these uncertain times with inflation, fuel and food costs; I wish I had used the money to purchase groceries or fuel instead. In a lot of ways I feel its my fault for trusting an online company/purchase. Kudos to BrushX for amazing online marketing and a website that makes you feel that you are purchasing a great product from an amazing company. Also there automated replies to your inquiries are really quick and make you feel that your complaints are being actioned, but really it might just be part of an illusion. **** from ******.

The item received was from *****. Brushx was not mentioned anywhere on the box. The hair dryer was not branded Brushx, nor did it resemble the product I ordered. This is the same incident I located when conducting my own open source search online before contacting ***. I also received an email stating that I was to be refunded which did not occur. The scheme with Brushx appears to be: 1) Suggest order lost in transit if customer makes an inquiry; 2) Offer to resend product; 3) Advise lost in transit and ask victim to confirm address; 4) "Brushx" hopes victim will give up; 5) If victim persists offer refund or send a cheap non Brushx version from ***** This is brutal. Pay over 100.00 *** after USD exchange rate and receive a 10.00 hair dryer from ***** that would most likely catch fire and burn my house down....lol This is a civil matter and "Brushx" fraudsters are loving their business model.....lucrative I'm sure. I went out and purchased a *********************************....arrived in a week as advertised! You can close this file, there is no restitution available for me and other "Brushx" victims!!!!!!     I made an online purchase from BrushX on 9/18/22 w/ the receipt info as follow: Order details: We confirm your order from 09/18/2022. Your order number is ******. Please allow 2 to 3 business days for order handling and preparation before shipping. line.title BrushX Perfect - **************************** $59.95 per unit Quantity: 1 Total: 64.95 USD Discount (code: ********): -19.49 USD Subtotal: 45.46 USD Shipping: 8.95 USD Total: 54.41 USD I have not received the item as of yet (10/21/22). In addition, have emailed their customer service several times. On 10/10/22, the email confirmed the shipment was lost and would notify me when they generate shipping confirmation, 10/18/22 would contact me in 1 business day, but no one returned a response within one business day, then 10/20/22 stated: "the lost shipment has been confirmed re-shipped and we are chasing with our fulfillment for the new tracking number to be provided by the courier. We will keep you posted." Their return policy states no refund or returns after 30 days, however, I have not even received the two items I ordered. This feels very wrong. The item was PAID for on 9/18/22. I hope you can help. I would like to receive the two BrushX hair products I ordered or a full refund. Thank you for your assistance.
