    I read some other BB complaints on Wellnee and mine is the same - I ordered one set of 2 knee braces thru my ****** account *************************** and I checked like a minute after I ordered and they had charged me twice - they will not answer their phone even during normal business hours and they immediately sent an email saying they had shipped in a minute after ordering I do not think so - it took 3 more days after that for them to ship - they could of cancelled right when that I called if they would just answer the phone so they did arrive UNiUNI and i have filled out a form to return they have to send you a message for you to even Return after you fill out the form which I have waited 2 days - I have not even opened the package I just want a refund and they also have to give you a return address or you may not even get the refund who ever heard of not being able to return something - I just want to return and get my refund they are not an honest business and I do not want to do business with dishonest people- if they would just answer their phone this could be resolved very quickly - I want others to be aware of Wellnee so they do not get charged twice and you can't even return them - seems like they treat all customers this same way they are good at charging you for an item twice - please just stop them from scamming people nobody needs 2 of something and I just want my refund to my ****** account and they can have their product back Also, they say they may not even approve you to be able to send back the product who can refuse a return that is not even opened

    I ordered these footpads late last night and went to bed. This a.m. when I opened my phone I saw a charge of $51.36. The price I was given before checkout was $17. I am requesting a full refund of $51.36.

    I was scammed. I ordered 1 box of knee patches, and was billed for 5 boxes. I tried to cancel the order and they would not. I received the patches and they do not work. I have asked for a refund and they will not. I just want my money back for a faulty product.

    Hi I attempted to purchase a knee patch to try for $14.90 from Wellnee on March 11 ***** withinI min I got an email saying it didn't go through 3 x. There was a lot of uupselling attempted but all I wanted was One set to try. I then called ****** as something didn't seem right. My initial credit card refused to pay and they said out of country and integrity concerns. Unfortunately I got charged multiple times on a different credit card that I never approved. I got charged $14.90 + $ ***** $75.81 plus was told by ****** there would be recurring charges. I attempted to cancel within minutes of this nightmarish transaction. I tried calling many times but never spoke to a live person. ****** said they would cancel but just canceled recurring charges. They shipped anyway , I live in an apartment and it was just left so I couldn't refuse. I have not opened. On March 11 2025 I wrote to cancel order . Business practices questionable at best. I need all my money back and if they want there unopened package please send a label as doesn't seem fair or reasonable for me to pay as I attempted to cancel and have sent approx 5 emails. This has been very time consuming and stressful. Also ****** said it came from ****** ?? I would be grateful for some help to resolve. It appears similar has happened to others .my email is ******************** please note tracking info avail if needed and willing to share multiple emails *** at least 2 on March 11 canceling the order.Thank you very much and Again grateful to resolve. Wish I had read others experience before falling victim ...

    I was supposed to pay ***** for the product and they over charged me ****** so I tired getting in touch with the company and all I got was a runaround. I got a answering machine telling me that nobody was available to take my call then hung up I tried looking for a email and it was returned to me. I found the ad on ******** and thought it was a good remendy for my aching knees. It appears there are a lot of complaints on this company I will know better the next time and research a complay before buying. I would like to get my ****** back

    Ordered items and then they showed return to sender after a few weeks. No explanation as to why they were returned to sender. So never received merchandise ordered which were knee braces. I Cannot contact the company at all by email or phone. There is no response on emails and you get hung up on trying to reach them by phone. Company is a scam!!

    I never ordered these products. Somehow, when I did order previous product, they apparently used my credit card/ Pay Pal to send other products to me without my authorization to do so. I have asked to cancel the additional products, but have received no further satisfaction from them.

    I canceled an order within a couple of hours of placing the order but the product was sent anyway. I did not accept the order. I marked it return to sender and brought it to post office. I have been in contact with the company since June but they have not sent my refund. I cant find the original order on my phone any longer. I know it was over $100.00. I would appreciate getting my refund

    20 minutes ago I placed an order for 1 box of knee patches. When I got the receipt on line, there was no order number or shipping info. I immediately requested the order be cancelled. I ordered 1 box and they charged me for 4 boxes. I DO NOT WANT 4 BOXES!I tried to find a phone number. Nothing. No address. This is obviously a scam. I placed my credit card to be inactive. I will also have **** disallow this charge, But I'm sure they've already processed it and are out of this country. I wish I had checked your site before placing this order.

    A few months ago I purchased some of the pain patches from this company. It was a one time purchase only. On May 22, my PayPal account was charged in the amount of $69.33 for an auto ship order that I did not authorize. I have tried contacting the company by email on several occasions ( I have a copy of two of those times) requesting a refund and to cancel and further debits on my account. Notifying them that I did not authorize any auto ship. Also I received the items and sent them back to the company via *** for which I have a receipt. To date I have not received a refund or any communication with this company aka ****************** **** I find that many companies are undertaking the practice of automatically signing customers up for Auto-ship delivery after making a single purchase and without authorization from the consumer. I am a senior on a limited budget and therefore never request auto ship on anything as I can never be sure if I have enough funds in my account. I am requesting your assistance in getting a refund from this company; and I would like to file a complaint against them also. I have never been able to locate a phone number for this company and a legitamit address either. Thank you for your assistance
