So slow I cant play games. So slow I cant load videos. So slow I cant even load their own website to cancel their trash service. Why am I paying middle tier service at $55 a month for something that doesnt work. This company is a stain on America and a burden on our military that has to endure this waste of resources. They hold a monopoly on military bases all across the world and can not supply the demand. I cant even fix it with their customer support because the call drops every time in the middle of describing what the problem is after waiting an annoying amount of time for the call to be picked up. Not to mention how its service is down frequently. Do not buy boingo

Predatory, will continue to charge you and conceal your login information from you after numerous attempts to close my account I finally was able to, after they have drained me for hundreds of dollars. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE.

I do not recommend boingo to anyone nor will I ever recommend it. Wifi constantly going down. Takes forever for problems to get fixed. It's bad for soldiers who lives in the barracks and has no vehicle so now they have to suffer.

Consistently terrible network connectivity. Time and time again, ticket after ticket, no actual improvements to the quality of service. Soldiers on this base and in these barracks are led to believe that they are their own ***, which is it not, and is capable of a decent standard of speed and stability. All this service is, is a piggy back split off of the *** in the area at an incredible mark up a month. The standard service from the *** alone is $60 - $70 for 1Gbps up and down, while it is $75 for an unbelievable unstable 200 Mbps down and ?? uploads. There are no other options on this base for any other services next to using a cell phone plan to hotspot the device which costs much more and has a cap of, typically, 50GB per month. Any, and I mean ANNYY, type of business that drains this much money from Soldiers should not exist. If there were alternatives to this ***, they would have ZERO business. I do not have enough space in this box to describe how awful these business practices are with such terrible quality of service. It is the typical "salesman" mentality taking advantage of the younger generations that do not know any better and have yet to open their eyes to the fact that business like this should be steered clear of. We are led to believe this *** is our only option when they are not an actual ***, due to bouncing off the *** that services and controls the area. Dirty practices like this should be looked at as criminalistic instead of praised. Continuing to let them pat themselves on the back for giving this one and only option to Soldiers is pathetic and unfortunately normalized in too many places. It is an embarrassment and tragic that in this day and age of technology there is not competency when providing what is now basic services. Yes, I would rather have nothing than this trash fire of network connections.

Used a one day pass for a duty shift at the barracks. Was automatically signed up for the $54.99 plan starting on the first of the next month.Nowhere is there an option to remove or cancel my payment. They are also based two hours ahead of me and were able to charge my card on my current time (****) but not have the subscription show up on my account. I assume that will change at midnight, if it even does. This means they have charged me without providing service.Scam and sketchy company and now I'm staying up late to cancel my card.

Boingo has been out for 3 days and despite repeated reports to customer service no technician has ever been sent to restore service. Having lived in the barracks for 4 years with boingo as the only option is not in the spirit of the free market. Boingo is highway robbery.

God this is the worst you would think that for military personnel they would give you quality service but instead they give you nothing the WiFi here just went out for 8 days and all they did was issue me 16 dollars I hate this service and cant wait to never need to use them again 0/100

I have been unfortunate enough to be forced into a business relationship with this scam of a service since 2018. The price for the service is legitimate robbery. You will pay 55+/ month for internet that rivals dial up. The wifi barely has strength to stream ******** and you can forget about using any other electronic device for any quality experience. I have no other option than to keep forking over money to Boingo due to my current status. This is by far, the most stressful, pathetic and useless provider available. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Worst internet service I have ever had. I paid less for gigabit fiber in remote, rural areas of the country. Now I pay $60 for 50mb/s speeds that degrade regularly and Boingo never dispatches technicians to fix issues in a timely manner. They claim that the technicians are working on restoring service, but this is a lie. I wish I had any other option. It is ridiculous that servicemembers are forced to use their service.

Boingo's service is over priced, and it remains unreliable even with the large price tag on it. It is terribly inconvenient to only have three device slots available to me despite giving them almost as much money every month as my mother pays at home for reliable, fast, and unrestricted internet service.Perhaps if military bases offered another provider in addition to Boingo, the loss of their monopoly would make them have to provide the promised service at a reasonable price.Comment submitted from my spotty-yet-more-reliable mobile data.
