            On February 7, 2024 , your Better Business Bureau investigation Seek HD’s business practices. This investigation was prompted by significant complaint activity involving a large number of products that have their order fulfilled and shipped by Seek HD. Consistent throughout most of the product lines is a pattern of complaints concerning unauthorized and/or unexpected charges and unresolved refund disputes. Complaints filed by consumers stat that they signed up for what they thought was a free trial of a product and later discovered additional unauthorized and/or unexpected charges to their credit cards for additional amounts. On February 7, 2024 the BBB contacted the company in regard to our concerns about the amount and the pattern of complaints we have received. Unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.
