    I did not receive my order I paid 10 for order protection so the order would be protected from theft missing package I did not receive my package I emailed them they said no to a refund or a reshipment I fell like I got scammed. Because I paid for order protection just in case something happened to my order and it did it was never delivered.

    I ordered a hoodie sweatshirt that my son requested for having good grades from a website called **************************. They never sent an order confirmation. They cannot be reached by telephone; when I sent an email I get an AI response which is not even written by a real human being it is generic & they don't seem to care that we've never received our item yet they charged $120 to my credit card.

    Ordered a product with the company and after 2 weeks of finally receiving what was suppose to be the product after several delays with shipment from both the Denim Tears and Fed Ex (emails to prove) I received an empty box (video opening the box) Reached out via email because they don't have a customer service line and received a bunch of running around. They referred me to "Order Protection" which is another company that only operated via email as they don't have a customer service number either. After 2 weeks of going back and forth with the parties they denied my claim on refunding my money or my product. Yet hasn't been able to shown proof of the product leaving the warehouse in the box. On the ***** tracking when the item shipped it only weighed 2lbs. after doing my research and weighing the box and the paper that came in the box it was only 2lbs. can someone make it make sense please!!!

    I purchased a denim jacket. Unfortunately it was too large. I attempted to exchange for a small size within the 14 day policy. However I was not giving that as an option.

    Placed an order, using my shop pay account. Because its faster and has my information already saved into it. So, I placed the order on Dec 19th; on Denim Tears website for 3 Hoodies for $716.90 I dont know how or why, but someone got my order number and contacted denim tears and requested an address and email change to my order. I didnt find out until yesterday December 28, when I saw tracking was out for delivery in ***********. They literally allowed a random person to contact them on their website and change my whole order.I originally got tracking info on the 22nd that it was shipped and that it would arrive next day. It didnt though. Then there was no movement on it til the 26th, and it showed it was in ***********. I assumed that it was just part of the route. Then come the 28th, it showed that it was out for delivery around 8:30am.I found it odd because Im in ********* ******, and its out for delivery in ***********.I contacted *** and asked them how my order is out for delivery in *********** if I Live in ******.They asked me whats the name and address on the package. I told them my info. They said the name is right but the address is wrong and showing a completely different address in ***********. I asked to change it and was told only the merchant can do that for me.So, I contacted the merchant and told them they put the wrong address on my package.They responded to me saying someone someone requested a change of address and email to my order. I was never contacted to confirm.And they literally approved and changed the address and email for the order.They asked if I was the one in the screenshot asking for the address and email change. I responded 2 minutes later with That is not my address and I did not request that address change. Please contact me asap at xxx-xxx-xxxxThey never responded to me again. Ive sent multiple responses and get none back. Ive submitted multiple request tickets, and do not get a response either.

    Transaction date 6/15/23 Business: Denim Tears Payment: Shop Pay/Affirm Total Amount: $329.56 Total Amount Owed After Financing: $363.54 Issue: The item was expected to be delivered on 6/16/23. I never received the package and reached out to *** and Denim Tears to state I did not receive the package. I asked if there was insurance on the item to make sure I was covered. Denim Tears let me know that it was and item would be reimbursed after *** finished investigation. I didnt receive a response back from Denim Tears until 6/28/23. I checked the claim on *** and it says the item was delivered. There was no proof provided, no knock on the door, photo or signature. We have a mail room but there are signs clearly stating that they should not deliver packages in the mail room. So I dont know where the package was delivered. I reached out to my landlord and he said that there were multiple packages stolen from the property that week and later on that day an email was sent out. I shared all of this information with Denim Tears and *** closed my claim. On 6/30/23 another response saying they will follow up with a solution. I didnt get my next response until 7/18/23 despite 4 prior attempts to contact them. They said a *** said a cosignee received package. I then asked for the proof because neither myself nor my girlfriend who works from home ever signed. Next response was 8/9/23 they said they would send another item and add signature delivery. I responded that I no longer wanted to do business with Denim Tears based on the poor customer service and the constant deceiving to say I received the item and would like a refund. On 8/10/23 they responded we are only relaying information from *** but still no proof ever provided from them or ***. Then was told they dont offer refunds. I then responded I would accept the issuing of a new item but still have yet to receive a response. I looked online and the items is actually sold out. I would simply like a refund of my order.

    I placed an order at *********************** on ******** *** ***** the order number is XXXXX, the order item is two pairs of size ** ****** valued at nearly ***** denimtears is shipping this order on March ***** and the ******** number is **** ******************. The tracking detail showed that the parcel was delivered on March *** ************** I was out on vacation when the package was delivered It has been half a month since I returned home. I am at home I searched the door for a long time and couldn't find the package. I investigated the relevant monitoring and did not show the delivery of the package, so I judged that the package was not delivered normally. I negotiated with them many times by mail, but they did not give me a satisfactory answer. , I ask them to refund this order!

Although the package has been delivered, it has not been delivered to my home address, the reason I have explained in my last complaint
