  We have been customers of ******************** since 2020, and their customer service has been exceptional at every turn. When we bought our engagement ring five years ago, it was in the aftermath of fraud by another jeweler. Adiamor generously offered us a 5% discount on a 3.07-carat Asscher-cut diamond with a French pav setting in *********** 2024, the setting needed to be replaced due to wear and tear, so we decided to go with an identical replacement. When the new setting arrived, we took both the old and new rings to a reputable local jeweler to have the stone transferred. After installing the stone and polishing the ring, the jeweler identified cracking in the new setting and advised us to return ***** wasnt clear whether the damage had occurred during stone setting or polishing, but the jeweler claimed it was a manufacturing issue. They removed the stone, returned both the old and new settings along with the loose diamond, and charged us $625 for their services.Adiamor took over from there and set everything right. We sent back the new setting, which they rebuilt for freeeven though it was three months after purchase. We also sent them the loose stone, which they re-set in the rebuilt setting, again at no charge. All the back-and-forth shipping was covered by Adiamor via ***** overnight delivery.The end result: we have a beautiful, shiny new setting showcasing our stunning diamond once againone happy wife and a very relieved husband!   Great company. Bought a new ring for my wife on our 4 year anniversary. They brought us in to design it made it within a few weeks and was shipped 1 day priority. Great quality.

  This how customer service is done! I had a very positive experience with Adiamor! I purchased an engagement ring setting by itself, as I already had a loose diamond solitaire. My original plan was have a local jeweler set the stone in the setting, but after speaking with Adiamor customer service, it made good sense to have them set the diamond for me. They were more than happy to assist and I could not be happier! Fantastic customer service! Beautiful engagement ring! They have definitely earned my trust and business!

  Cant check if the diamond you get are the same as the diamond certificates. Even they themselves couldnt find and read to the *** numbers when I took my ring to their LA office! The point of buying *** diamonds is to know that you got what youre promised. But, in my case, I may be wearing something worth thousands of dollars or $25!

  My husband ordered an engagement ring from Adiamor for our first wedding anniversary, and I couldnt be happier. The ring is absolutely stunning ,and I receive compliments every time I wear the ring. The design process was simple, and we had a great experience working with ***** and ***. They were very nice, professional and great to work with. They had a quick turnaround, and the ring arrived with a beautiful packaging and included all of the necessary documentation. We took the ring for an appraisal, and the Appriser confirmed the stats of the diamond and ring, and was very impressed with the high quality of the ring. I highly recommend Adiamor and I also love their name: *** (means jewelry in Hebrew) and Amor (means love), as this company truly love jewelry and love helping their clients in order to produce the perfect jewelry.

  I couldnt figure out what to get my wife for our 10 year anniversary and had been seeing prices all over the place but, never as low as Adiamor. I decided on a pair of lab created diamond earrings. They really are the same thing and, I paid a fraction of what it would cost if, they were sourced from a different spot because they are real. They are also GIA ********** I felt so relaxed with their team who guided me through a hard day process. The process of making the best decision for my pocket. I really cant say enough about how extraordinary this company is. They set themselves apart from their competitors because, they valued my time and, were always there to help when I called. Cant say enough good stuff about them!

  Payment process was very straight forward! The customer service response was awesome. I received a call nearly right after, from a lovely lady, (I can't remember her name) just to confirm everything with me and what to expect. I received follow up emails to any questions I had from **** and ***. Beautiful Adiamor packaging as well. The shipping was tracked fully, and the shipping box was discreet with no give aways to ruin any surprises. Their selection and pricing was the best around that I could find online. I was a bit nervous to order online, but they assured me and it turned out fantastic. Thank you! Highly recommend. They made this very easy and enjoyable.
