I ordered an 18k chain necklace and I had to wait more than 2 months before the item was delivered. This VERY long wait was not even mentioned on the website during ordering! I know it is handmade, but I ordered other gold handmade items from other sellers, it didn't take as long as this one. Had I known it will be that long, I would have bought from other sellers! Their customer service is non existent, I had to follow up twice to know about the status of my order, it is as if you owe them a favor by asking for update!Sarraf Jewelry Inc. Response
