    I placed an order on 3/1 for a diamond channel ring. The website indicates the order will arrive within 1 week of purchase. On 3/7, I reached out regarding my order since I paid for overnight shipping. I was told it would ship within 1 week. On 3/14, I reached out again and was told it would ship early this week. The order still has not shipped. The email said they were overwhelmed with orders. The website still indicates the same ring will ship in 1 week. If they are so overwhelmed why are they still falsely advertising 1 week deliveries? This was a gift for someone and I only purchased based on the website advertisement of 1 week.

    Purchased on line , company stated product would be shipped 3-5 business days , took over one month to receive , gave me 30 days inspection to return, returned with in 5 days of receipt. In the manner they gave. They received the merchandise back and to this day have not refunded the credit card . Contact the credit card and they are filing dispute , but it for some reason got a mistake to cancel dispute , they told me to reach back out to company/ merchant which I did several time via email , still have no refund and they have the merchandise. Unused and in original package .

    I placed an order for a ring for my anniversary for my husband on Sept 25 and received confirmation the order was received. The website says orders will be sent out in 3-5 business days. On Oct 1 I emailed for an update as the website said only that my the order had been received. I received a response the ring was in production and would be mailed the following week. On Oct 10 I emailed again for another update and there was no response. I emailed again on Oct 12 and received a response on Oct 13 that they would check for an update. Oct 18, today I have emailed 2x and called 2x asking for an update. Each time I called I was on hold for more than 30 min awaiting customer service and cannot get through.

    On 5/28/24 I placed an order for two gold rings, totaling after discount $4102.49. The expected delivery time as told verbally to me by WJ, on 5/29/24 was 2.5 weeks. After many delays on July 13 a package arrived ***** Tracking #************ that only contained one of the two ordered rings and on the packing slip was a hand written note that stated that the more expensive ring of the two would be coming in a seperate package.Upon further inquiries with WJ - ALL initiated by me:-A return email on 7/15/24 from *****, the owner, that he would email the tracking # for the second package 'tomorrow'. That never happened.-A return email on 7/17/24 from ***** stating "Sorry, that we didn't send the tracking # today, I'll be sure to do it 'tomorrow' " That never happened.-A phone call to WJ on Friday 7/19/24 and spoke with a '*****' who assured me that the second ring would ship out on Tues. 7/23/24 That never happened -A phone call to WJ on Tuesday 7/23/24 and spoke to *****, who assured me that the ring was shipping out that day and he would send me the tracking # later that day. That never happened.-A return email on 7/24 from ***** saying that he would call me 'Tomorrow' with tracking info. Of course, that has not happened.I am done with the excuses and want either the ring that is owed to me, a 2.92 Ct tw Baguette and princess cut Men's Diamond ring in 14k Yellow Gold, that I bought as a retail value of $4,150 before discount. or a refund to the credit card that was used to make the purchase.

    I sent a wedding ring in for repair. It was delivered on December 6, 2022. I requested an update December 28th. The owner, ***************************, said it would be ready to ship by Dec 30th. I followed up on January 7th and ***** requested I confirm my shipping address on the 9th. I have yet to hear any response and have been unable to reach him by phone.
