    We paid this company because they claimed they could lower our mortgage payment.And turned out to be a scam. Our house was up for foreclosure and because of it we are in Bankruptcy

    Was contacted by golden home services of American promising me that they would get my mortgage rate lowered from ****% to 2%. . It never happened and it cost me $20k. . I have all the payment history but would take a long time for me to send it to you.

    In November of 2021, *****************, a representative from Golden Homes Services America contacted me and offered me a loan modification. Golden Homes Services America is located in ***********, **********. The modification would drop my APR to 4.5% and my payments would be $907 a month. I agreed to the modification. I made a payment of $743 and they wanted me to send the Money through ************ with the preprinted label they provided. Then January 19, 2022, **** sent me an email for Bank of America Wire details. The Account Number #************** Routing #*********** Account Name Green ********* Solutions. The Address: ***** *********** **********************************************. January 20, 2022 I sent ***** through the wire transfer. On April 8, 2022, I sent $928 through a Bank of America wire transfer. The last payment I made to Golden Homes was on August 9, 2022 for $3,612 through a Chase Wire transfer. Every time I would get information about my mortgage from Gulf Coast *********************** I would forward it to Golden Homes and they tell me don't worry about it we will take care of everything. I tried to make a payment on January 1, 2023, but I am not able to get in contact with anyone at Golden Homes. I feel that I was involved in a scam through Golden Homes and I was scammed out of the $14, 956 I thought I was paying towards my Home Loan. Now Gulf Coast wants to foreclose on my house and the auction date is set for February 7, 2023. Gulf Coast is not allowing me to do a loan medication or offer me any type of forbearance. They want the full delinquent amount of $23, 967 or they want to proceed with the auction.

    I believe it was around May of 2021 I hired GHSofA to be the liaison between my moms loan servicer and my mother. Her mortgage was in jeopardy of foreclosure. I made the first payment of 1,477.00 and continued to make those monthly payments for approximately a year. We were of the understanding they were working with the lender directly to lower her monthly payments and figure out a way to get her affairs into a non delinquent current status. However we received a notice of trustee sale on our front door in October of 2022. I have made numerous numerous attempts to reach them on the phone to no evail. It's like they just vanished. I want to know where the money went that we gave them monthly. The current servicing service never received one payment from us through them. The situation these people have left us in may just not be possible to fix. Something seriously needs to be done about this company and their theft of services from those that depended on them to keep their homes.

    In August of 2021 I was contacted by Golden Home Services America in reference to a loan modification for my back current mortgage . I was interested they offered to lower my interest rate and my monthly mortgage payment i filled all the requested paper work and submitted may first and second payment of $1,146 and $848 monthly payments since to them, while they were negotiating terms with my current mortgage company, I have been in contact with them until September 2022 saying we were in the final processing step, they vanished after that I call and receive no answer no return phone call then in late October and all there Numbers are disconnected. Please help me get my money back and assist me saving my house

    This business scammed me for over $16,000. I was in a contract with them, where they were working with my mortgage company Wells Fargo to help me get a low-interest rate and debt forgiveness for the forbearance amount due to the Coronavirus. They collected money from me that was supposed to go to my mortgage company which they never gave them. I need assistance in getting back my money. It is so sad that during a pandemic, these unscrupulous people were taking advantage of others. What is my other recourse if any?

    On February 2, 2021 I entered into a contact with Golden Home Services (GHS) America to modify my mortgage loan serviced by************ (**)I was to send in monthly payments of $977.46 each month to prove to the investors I could make payments. I had to provide proof of income by sending in bank statements and check stubs. I was advised not to speak to ** and if they called or sent me any correspondence, I needed to immediately contact them. Someone from GHS would call to follow up with me on how things were progressing or request more information/statements. Soon the****** information changed and I needed to send the payments to another account via******. The most recent****** payment, was returned and I needed to send in a check for September. They provided me with a****** label to send it to. I didn't hear from them for October's payment and thought that was odd, so yesterday I called and sent an email. Today I called again and received a recording stating the number is temporary unavailable. I sent an email addressed to multiple people I've spoken to in the past and all addresses returned undeliverable. This caused me to see what's being said via the internet.

    In July of 2021 I was contacted by Golden Home Serices in ref to a loan modification for my current mortgage. I was very interested they offered to have my interest rate lowered and monthly mortgage payment reduced. I filed all requested paper work and submitted my first payment of $1,283.13 I have since made monthly payments to them while they suppossingly were negotiating terms with my current mortgage company. I have been in contact with them until July of 2022. They did not request August s payment, because we were in our final processing steps. They have since vanished with my $ 13,000.00 I have called them every day. I tried calling all the contacts and each phone number has been disconnected. Please help me to get my monthy returned. thank you. They also have placed a cease and assist on my current mortgage lender

    GHSA called me to offer assistance with a ***** hardship modification on my home mortgage. I accepted and have been paying them monthly for six plus months. The sum of approx 6000.00. I called my bank to find out that they have put the payments i didn't make on the back of my loan and GHSA is just pocketing the money. Loan mods are free and only your bank can approve them. *********************************************************************************** This company has taken advantage and used this against us to rob us. They also had me fill out a cease and desist so they would be working with my mortgage company on my behalf which i was told by a rep from Mr ******, they have done nothing on my behalf. I would like full payment back from Golden Homes Services America for all the have received from me that is not rightfully theirs.
