I requested a mail forward about a week ago. After 5 days I reached out to anyone mail customer support for assistance so throughout the week they were in communication with the mail operation location at ***********************************.It seemed oddly suspicious that it would take so long. So I was informed around that with in 1-2 day of November 7th I would receive a quote for shipping. After the 2nd day I reached out to customer support I was then told the same thing that the operator would send me a quote. I also received a call from customer support asking if I wanted tracking because the operator stated I didn't opt for tracking in which I actually did. I logged into accept the shipping rate and there was a individual piece of mail first that the system allows me to approve and when I clicked on the second piece of mail it was bundled as I proceeded to take action the option was grey. I then clicked on the menu botton, then clicked on pending and the mail and I clicked approve. A red message stating the operator would be notified of my approval. I then checked my email and I received a message directly from the operating location which they initiated first stating "nothing will happen unless I accept the quote. I responded stating I did, I send a screen record and screenshots. I then received a message stated I only accept 1 piece of mail and the responder stated they don't work for free. After that there was a significant amount of back and forth. I simply told the operator there must be a lack of comprehension. The operator then stated I called "him/her" stupid which I didn't they just made up every excuse as well to not send my mail. Clearly there was a system error on the part of the operator instead of addressing the issue with the online mail request they continue to make insults, laugh about my concerns. The location is unprofessional and shouldn't be handing anyones mail. They have refused to send me mail. I have paid for my mailbox service.
