  On this past Saturday, November 12th, I purchased the business plan template from growthink.com. I never received a confirmation e-mail or any materials for my purchase. I paid $97 and it was taken from my bank account immediately. I waited 24 hours to see if perhaps their communication was delayed. The next day, I had nothing in my inbox. I have been calling and e-mailing ever since. It has been three days and I have heard nothing. Their phone line is a recording that does not have any option except to leave a message. I have used their 'chat' service and there is no live agent, it just 'times out' and then asks you to send an e-mail. There has not even been an 'auto-response' e-mail response which is typical of any reputable business. I am filing this complaint because this company is a sham and appears to be a complete front. A building with the lights on but no one is answering the door or the phone. Total waste of time and money. I want my money back but there is no one that I can even talk to. Terrible.

  I purchased the business plan template that I couldn't use . Tried calling and emailing them several times about this issue , still no one has emailed me or called . I get the same automated voice pick up , and I keep getting suggestions from the company but no results about the purchase. At this point I want my money. I don't even want to bother trying to work with a company that can't respond back or give you a live conversation.

  I tried to purchase a business plan template from this company, The payment process is intentionally predatory and misleading. The site is also inundated with viruses & malware. There is no shopping cart feature that would allow me to review, edit, or change purchase options. I inadvertently purchased something that I did not want and tried to cancel the order immediately. Since there is no way to do so on the site, I immediately sent an email to customer service and they responded that they will not refund all my money because it was the item was "delivered" to me, despite that fact that I contacted the company before any confirmation email was sent to me. This company is a scam.

  The statement that the business has been around for 20 years has no relevance to the issue. The age of the business has no bearing on the quality of it's services. The claim that they have a stellar reputation is subjective at best. The site is definitely not secure as indicated by the pictures I am submitting (which clearly shows that the site is unsecure and tries to install malware). Finally, the checkout process does not allow for review of what is being ordered. So there is no way to confirm the items that are being purchased. Also, their refund policy is hidden behind logo's stating "Satisfaction Guaranteed" and "365 Day refund" If I was able to review my order, I would not have made the purchases that I did. I do not dispute that they gave me a refund for one of the products. My problem is that the site is strategically designed to confuse the user and through deceptive wording, disguise transactions for products that are specifically nonrefundable. I want a full refund.

  On April 22 I purchased a buisness plan from this company. Only a buisness plan. Since that time, I have been being billed an additional $95 a month for what I have no idea. I did not sign up for any additional services. When I downloaded the buisness plan I started having consistent computer issues. It took me several days to resolve the issues, and I had to delete the file and was unable to use it. I believe it was infected. I just realized I was still being billed by this company. I'm seeking a total refund of the purchase price plus the recurring charges. I have tried to contact the company on numerous occassions. There is only a voice mail, and calls are not returned. I would upload the purchase receipt, but I searched my email and cannot find anything from this company at all. It feels like a scam. I will upload the statements from my credit card company showing amounts billed and dates.

With that said, the client was aware of the subscription and provided the contact address to cancel at any time. Despite her failure to cancel, we did issue a courtesy refund of this month's subscription fee.   On Wednesday, July 13th, I purchased the Ultimate Business Plan from Growthink for $72.00. The Company advertised that if you are not completely satisfied, money back guaranteed for 365 days. Relying on these representations and believing this company was a legitimate company that stood by its products, I made the purchase. As I advanced through their website to pay for this product, I received several up-sale pop-*** to purchase different products offered by Growthink. Believing these products fell under the same money back guarantee, I purchased the Presentation Magic for $47 and the ********************** for $397. At no time was I advised that this was a non-refundable purchase and the receipt sent to me did not indicate it was a non-refundable purchase. On Thursday, July 14th, I was sent an e-mail indicating that I needed to fill out a short answer form for them to do the market research analysis. I provided the relevant information and in less than 24 hours, I received an alleged market research analysis. Big red flag! How could they possibly do an effective market research analysis in less than 24 hours. Needless to say, the Market research analysis was a joke. My current business is providing pet ID tags and I believed for $397, I would be getting market research relating to my business and my competitors. I was very clear about my business and my desire to get market research on pet ID tags and my competitors: 1) Airtag, 2) the regular pet ID tags and 3) microchips in pets. What they sent me was generic information for on-line pet supply retailers -- pet food and treats, pet supplies (toys, bedding food bowls), pet medications and treatments and other (grooming, training, adoptions and education). Nothing was provided about the business of selling pet ID tags, except some ****** search information on AirTag that's common knowledge on the internet.   The problem was not with the other two products refunded. The Ultimate Business Plan was $72.00 was fully refundable based on the warranty. The Presentation Magic for $47 was a product that did not fall under the money back guarantee, but they voluntarily gave me back that lousy $47 as a so-called show of good faith. The issue was the $397 I paid for the **********************. It was a sub-standard product that was not in way shape or form up to par. My current business is providing pet ID tags and they sent me some generic information on pet supply retailers -- pet food and treats, pet supplies (toys, bedding food bowls), pet medications and treatments and other (grooming, training, adoptions and education). Nothing was provided about the business of selling pet ID tag. I did not get what I paid for.
  Growthink is a joke and absolutely does not deliver anything close to what is advertised. They make you click through a bunch of add on purchase options, and you think you're getting the same guaranteed purchases and you are not! You cannot reach a live person if your life depended on it which is a HUGE red flag. Buyers beware and don't be fooled by Growthink. I wish I would have done a search on the company before making a purchase. Everyone should look at the complaints everyone keeps raising about their products not being up to par. This company is a complete disgrace and has no integrity.

  On 6/13/2022 I purchased a business plan template from growthink. When they sent me the email with the supposed link to download the template it tried to infect my computer with a virus. I called customer service and it's a recording. I want a refund.

  I purchased a Business Plan Template for $97, and "Expert" Marketing Research for $300. They advertised expert business consulting available with the purchase, say it will save time and money, and if you're not satisfied, money back guaranteed for 365 days. I did originally receive the most basic business plan template that I could have downloaded for free online. Then, three days after not receiving so much as one question about the marketing research, I begin to try to get ahold of someone. You can not get a phone call or reach an actual person to save your life. There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO consulting. I finally resorted to Facebook, where I sent a message and got a reply. Ten minutes later, I received the most sorry excuse for market research possible. Ive asked for a phone call at least 5 times and nothing. I get one response a day, which in turn is COSTING me time and money. The market research they sent was an elementary template from two years ago, pre-covid, rendering it completely useless. The literal terminology stated "covid is expected to cause shutdowns", which at this point was two years ago. Their "competition analysis" included maybe a two sentenced overview, copy and pasted directly from public websites. Word for word. After three revisions, the typos and absolutely rubbish they include was not specific to my business or tailored in any way to meet my needs. I would never send something so poorly done to a lender. I've asked for a refund twice now with zero response. When I asked for a phone call the fifth time, I was told it was $295 an hour. This business is absolute scam and anyone with or without an education could do better than what was provided. Their website looks good but it's just the bait.The do not deliver anything close to what is advertised.

  On 4/24/2022 I purchased a business plan software template for $397.00 and a market analysis report for $97.00. The proposed link doesn't work and the company has not returned any of my correspondence. My first correspondence was to ask for help accessing the account in order to use the business plan template. The second correspondence was inquiring about the market analysis and again access to the template. I have sent a final request for a full refund on both products purchased and have yet to hear back from any member of Growthink.
