4/9/25 was the date. My grandson, ****** who is 15 years old, ordered a ******** pen and a *** pen from this online company. They responded back to him that they could not sell him the ******** pen due to not having appropriate age identification but of course they can send a THC pen. I do not understand why they do not have the same age identifications for both. I have tried to contact the company without response. I have informed them that they are dealing with a minor and they continue to send the vape pen. I am appalled that stores cannot do this, but an online company can. This should NOT be allowed. I want the same standards for ******** as THC. I live in ** and it is illegal to sell yet alone to a minor. Please address this so as no other family need to experience the same situation.Business Response

Thank you for reaching out. Per our terms and conditions, it is required to be 21 years of age or older to purchase our products. I have gone ahead and refunded this order and flagged your sons account so they are banned from shopping with us again. We highly encourage parents or guardians to monitor credit card usage as well as internet usage of minor children.

i paid for expedited shipping (1-2) days on dec. 17 and my order still hasnt arrived. i contacted them through email and they said it was delayed which is a lie, they really didnt have the product in stock but false advertised just so people could pay and use the holidays as an excuse. i asked for a refund which they didnt give they only offered a discount. this completely negates the $15 shipping i paid. i want a full refundBusiness Response

My daughter is a minor and she was able to purchase products from E420 online using her Greenlight credit card which is specifically for kids. This company does not verify age. It needs to stop selling to minors immediately.There is no excuse for this. Will be filing a complaint with state of Illinois where we live.Business Response

I am rejecting this response. As a business, the burden of ensuring you abide by laws in on you. Don't lie, there are NO protocols in place to verify age on your website but why would there when its lucrative to sell to kids. And shame on your for blaming parents.We don't have liquor stores which allow people to buy alcohol on trust. They card customer which checks against a legitimate ID. After so many sales to minors, liquor stores are fined or have their licenses revoked.
Slippery responses aren't going to change the fact that you are illegally providing inappropriate products to minors. Lets call it what it is. Just wondering which agency is required to get involved before you are fined or shuttered.
Its convenient that your online contact form doesn't work either. No matter, I have filed a complaint to Greenlight, a kids debit card company about this. Card ending in 9370.

Thank you for your response. Can you kindly let me know the amount of the charge? I have a few customers with the same last 4 digits so I want to be sure I am blocking the correct account.
I have also brought this up to our processing department in regards to the card used to set up a protocol where if that brand of card is used, the order will automatically be blocked. This is the first time I have heard about that kind of card so I do appreciate you letting me know about it so we can assure the safety of our customers.
Once I have the amount charged, I will go ahead and refund the order as well as block the account.

She will receive her package within 7 business days from the day it shipped.

This business does not have any kind of age verification when buying products online. Children are able to buy and ship delta 8 products straight to their door. When the company was asked about procedure they could not provide any answers and avoided all contact and shut down phone service so my call could not go through.Business Response

Thank you for reaching out. Our site clearly asks each visitor to verify they are of 21 years of age or older.
By clicking yes that consumer is agreeing to our terms and conditions which also clearly state that if that person is not being truthful about their age, they are liable for any consequences that *** occur.
We also have many processes in place that flag orders where we believe a minor is using a credit card that does not belong to them.
We highly encourage any parent or legal guardian to monitor a minors credit card usage as well as internet usage as this will prevent instances you are describing from ever happening.
Lastly, we have an open phone line Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm CST.

I am rejecting this response because:Simply asking a teenager to verify their age is not only naive, its wrong. I dont think that rule applies if they go buy cigarettes or alcoholthey have to show if and prove it. Also the phone line is not open all day. I got through once and then they proceeded to not answer the rest of the times I called . I have not been able to get in contact with anyone since I first originally called them and asked to speak with someone that could clarify why its ok to sell to kids

A minor should not have access to credit cards or purchases without parental consent. Furthermore, a minors' internet usage should be monitored by a legal parent or guardian.
Our products are for adults only which our site, products and terms of service clearly state.
It is up to a parent or legal guardian to monitor their child's credit card as well as internet usage.
Again, we do have protocols to prevent these types of orders as well as being able to block certain customers from shopping with us if they are not following our Terms of Service.

I feel like it is an easy excuse to turn the blame back around. My childrens accounts are monitored as well as their internet usage which is why I was able to intercept the situation. I am requesting that 3rd party verification be added to this site.
