This company claims in its previous responses to other complaints to be legitimate but I think we all know better. On November 27th, November 30th and December 2, 2024, this "company", charged or attempted to charge the following amounts to my debit card: $1.00, $29.99, and $9.99 respectively. The first and last charges are being disputed by me with my card company and the second charge triggered a fraud text that i was immediately allowed to squash. I have had to cancel my debit card, eat a NSF charge because the last charge overdrew my account and suffer through the stress of trying to get my funds returned. That dollar was testing for an active account and the other 2 were charges the company thought it could steal without triggering fraud or consumer complaints. I am poor, some would say desperately poor. I need every dollar i earn for myself. I have never heard of this company and its website is mysteriously now shutdown but i still have a 3 month dispute process to endure to get MY money back from these frauds. I guarantee you that the covid ******** were scams on consumers. I never received the obligatory invoice telling me what i was being charged for and i never authorized use of my debit card to them at all. Fly by night thieves and frauds preying on working and retired people.Business Response

Subject: Important Notice: Incorrect Billing and Refund Inquiries
Dear Valued Patients,
We hope this message finds you well. We have recently been receiving emails regarding charges related to a subscription, along with requests for refunds. Upon investigating, we have determined that these charges were made by *****************************, a different company, not FLOWHEALTH, which is our organization.
If you have been affected by these charges, we kindly ask you to follow these steps to resolve the issue:
1. Verify the Charges: Please check your billing statement to confirm that the charge is indeed from *****************************.
2. Contact FLOHEALTH Support: For refund requests and any further inquiries, you will need to reach out directly to FLOHEALTH.COMs customer support team. You can visit their website or contact them at [FLOHEALTH customer service email/phone number].
3. Monitor Your Accounts: As always, we advise you to monitor your financial accounts regularly to ensure there are no unauthorized transactions.
We understand this situation may be frustrating, but rest assured, any charges from ***************************** are not associated with FLOWHEALTH. We recommend contacting them promptly to resolve your concerns.
Thank you for your attention, and we apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
Sincerely,

In September 2024, I received a bill for Covid testing in January 2022. The bill is from Signal ********************* in *********** California but the company website is ******************************. Ive never been to Signal ********************* or to Flow Health. I live in *************. My insurance would have fully paid for any COVID testing and ** was offering free COVID testing. Im going to file a complaint with California Attorney General. This company is a fraud/scam.Business Response

Dear Amory,
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We understand your concern and would like to provide a detailed explanation regarding the bill you received from Signal Diagnostic, which is part of Flow Health Laboratory.
We acknowledge that there may be some confusion regarding the location of service. To clarify, while your sample was collected at a clinic in **********, **, it was subsequently sent to one of our Flow Health Laboratories for processing. The address listed on your invoice corresponds to our main headquarters in ***********, ***********
We would like to confirm that your insurance did indeed cover the cost of the COVID-19 test in full. However, as an out-of-network provider, the standard procedure requires the insurance company to issue payment directly to the patient, with the expectation that this payment will be forwarded to us to cover the costs of the laboratory services rendered.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and wish to assure you that this is standard practice for out-of-network providers. We are committed to resolving this issue promptly and will be sending you a detailed billing statement in the mail to clarify the invoice you received.
Should you have any further questions or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact our billing department directly. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Sincerely,

In August 2024 I received the attached invoice for covid-related services allegedly provided in Decemver 2021. Although the document indicates that our insurance paid the full amount Signal Diagnostic Laboratory/Healthflow claim that I owe them. The document appears to be an attempt to perpetuate a scam? Please advise? Thanks!Business Response

Ive been receiving debt collection emails and phone calls from this business that I believe to be scams/phishing, claiming unpaid bills for Covid testing. I dont believe Ive ever had any Covid testing that I didnt verify coverage for. I dont know how to verify if this is legitimate without clicking on attachments in the email I think could be phishing, and dont think this is legitimate, but I dont want it to impact my credit.Business Response

On 2/2/24, I received a text message and an email from "Herbie from Flowhealth's **************************** The email subject includes the text "1st Letter of Collection" and the text of the email refers to an attached letter. In order to access the letter, I must provide my full name and date of birth, along with a provided password. I have not been previously contacted by this company for payment and I am concerned that it is a scam/phishing attempt. I do not know how to verify whether it is legitimate and am not comfortable trying to reach out via the number *************) or email (patientbilling@flowhealth) provided. It suggests it is in connection with a past COVID test. I have paid any invoice that I received related to COVID testing. Any such invoices were from a different company called SameDay Health or its billing provider *******************. This is the first time I have seen or heard the name Flow Health. I received one bill from Sameday that I did not pay because it did not itemize charges or reflect payments already made, and exceeded the remaining amount of checks sent to me from the insurance provider (when scheduling tests, ******* represented it would never charge more than the insurance paid). When I asked for clarification via email (I could not reach the company via the listed support number or chat), I received a response indicating there was a technical error with the company's billing service that they were trying to resolve. I received one bill after that, which I paid. I want to confirm whether this is legitimate and if it is, I want to obtain verification from the company that I have paid all invoices received to date. I also would like a detailed accounting of the charges and payments already made.I am not uploading documents at this time because I have not received any prior communication or made payments to Flow Health.Business Response

I am rejecting this response because: I still have serious concerns about the legitimacy and professionalism of this business. I received a letter in the mail consistent with the company's BBB complaint response. I have continued concerns because the payment options are unusual compared to the usual methods available for paying for medical services. The company has no bill pay website or convenient yet secure mechanism to pay. One of the stated options is to send a form via mail with my credit card information, which I am not comfortable doing. There are also wire transfer instructions, but after investigating that option, I would incur a $30 bank fee, which is not desirable. There is also an option for sending a check. It is not especially convenient, but appears to be the most secure option. I will proceed with that option but I am still troubled by the lack of professionalism associated with this company and it's billing practices.
Sincerely,

This company has harassed me for years. They continue to day I haven't paid them for my COVID tests via my insurance and I have completely paid in full via my cc. They ask for a receipt and I send it to them and they are still threatening collections. They are a scam. I had a lawyer from LA County reach out as he has many others looking for representation against this company.Business Response

I have **never** gone to any third party or doctor to receive COVID Testing. Flow Health has been harassing me, insisting that I pay them for a COVID testing that I never received and never knew about. And I never submitted to insurance for any such testing. And I never gave Flow Health, or anyone like them, my medical insurance information. Here is the email I received from them: Greetings! This is **** from Flow Health's Patient Billing Department. Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2023/01/04) */ Thank you for your time in notifying us. Our formal response to this matter is attached herewith. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2023/01/04) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) It is just a total lie to say that I **ever** received Covid testing from Flowhealth or any other company. Flowhealth is plain attempting to extort money from me, on thread of putting the matter into collections. I require that they get honest, and in order to do that: 1) Communicate to me in writing, through the**** and also through e-mail that I owe Flowhealth zero. 2) Report to me a list of all third parties to whom they have reported this alleged debt, including the date of the report, the contents of the report, the legal name of the recipient, and an actual phone number and physical address of each recipient. 3) Inform each of those recipients that their report was false, and I owe zero. 4) Provide me an affidavit signed by an officer of Flowhealth under penalty of perjury, including this information, and including true copies of actual written notices sent by Flowhealth per item 3, and swear that the copies are true. That is all Flowhealth needs to do, and I will afterward pursue this no further. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2023/01/09) */ Thank you for your kind understanding in having the concern be resolved. We appreciate the chance given to us. Attched is our response in relation to the patients concern. Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2023/01/09) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Dear ********************** and Flow Health: Flow Health is just telling a complete **** in attempts to get me to pay them $90. **I AM THE ONE THEY SAY GOT COVID TESTING FROM THEM. AND I KNOW **FOR SURE!!!!*** THAT I NEVER GOT COVID TESTED. I defy FlowHealth to provide specifics and documents. Dates, addresses, company names, where I received COVID testing from them. I further defy them to show any copy of any contract signed by me, and any photo or video of me going for COVID testing or receiving COVID testing. There is none, because they are lying. If they are ***** to me, they are ***** to thousands of people in our area. Most people just pay them the money instead of complaining. Say, as Flowmaster falsely claims, that I went to COVID testing and gave them (as they falsely claim) my insurance information. According to FlowHealth itself, I would have recieved a reimbursement check from my insurance. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY SUCH CHECK, BECAUSE FLOWHEALTH IS LYING ABOUT THIS WHOLE THING. By tomorrow, FlowHealth will either submit all of this evidence, or promise me right in this forum that they have erased this "debt" from their records and apologize to me OR I will visit FlowHealth personally. I'll bring plenty to drink, ,and a sleeping bag. I will camp in their office until either they rectify this or call the police to arrest *** And if they do that, I will *** them for false arrest. FlowHealth is not allowed to lie and ****** *******Initial Complaint
