    On January 31, 2025 this company took $234 off my aunt's card. She doesn't have an account with them nor has she ever had an account with them. I sent a message that same day asking for the money to be put back on the card and the customer service lady got extremely rude said "Obviously she has an account or we wouldn't have charged her", even though I just explained she's never had an account with them.

    Paid for the nuggMD recommendation, filed with OK state only to get rejected due to the letter the nuggmd docotor wrote not being filled out correctly. NuggMD offered no help and no refund, only told me to call the state and ask what they wanted.........DO NOT USEE NUGGMD IT WONT WORK

The consumer, after reviewing their case, we can confirm that all aspects of your form were filled out correctly according to the requirements provided to us at the time of issuance. Unfortunately, we do not have control over changes or decisions made by the state regarding your application. As such, we provided guidance to contact the state directly to address the specific issue they identified and to understand their requirements for correction.
    Regarding your refund request, once a certificate has been issued by our doctors, the service is considered fulfilled, and we are unable to issue refunds in accordance with our policy.     Im the patient not the doctor *** is supposed to be on the ooma board and knows what they need. Its not my job to find out where THEY messed up, They need to figure out them self where they didnt do thier job right. I signed up for the service, followed insturctions and it was rejected because of bad info on their end not mine. I didnt get a rejection saying I filled out something wrong, I got a rejection saying they did and they want ME to fix it? do better NuggMD.

After carefully reviewing again your recommendation, we can confirm that all required sections were properly completed by the doctor. We strongly recommend reaching out to the state directly to clarify the reason for the rejection, as they make the final determination on approval.
    Additionally, we noticed that you submitted a temporary Commonwealth driver's license as identification. The Oklahoma state website specifies that an unexpired Oklahoma drivers license or ID card (front of the card, in color) is required. This may have contributed to the rejection of your application.
    We understand how frustrating this experience may be, and we encourage you to contact the state to verify what corrections or additional documentation may be needed.

Its your job as the issuing doctor to find out what YOU have forgotten or didnt fill in correctly not mine. Id still like a refund as its gone no where, thanks for wasting more of my time.

I SENT SCREEN SHOTS OF THE REJECTION SAYING IT WAS NOT FILLED OUT CORRECTLY. IT IS NOT MY JOB TO CORRECT YOURS. DO YOUR F****** JOB.

    The company claims to give you Medical Cannabis cards when in fact they only give you a recommendation by a doctor *** has no photo on the one website other than NuggMD they are located on. It also says on that other website that they work in both ********** and ******* which makes no sense, likely meaning they're fake. They stole my money and I am asking for a full refund. If they do not give me a full refund and give back my info I WILL contact the police. What they are doing is not ok, taking advantage of ***** year olds such as myself. I wonder how the folks running NuggMD would feel if they were robbed out of their money like me. They should face legal consequences for false advertising. If they don't stop now, they'll continue to rob people of money by false advertisement. This needs to stop ASAP and everyone ***'s been in contact with them deserves a total refund.

    NuggMD falsely claimed they had a provider available in my area when they took my payment. Later to find their provider falsified his location information and the company had lost their other provider in the area. This company is falsely advertising services, trying to reassign to providers far outside of range, and wasting an entire week of time to received an evaluation when they advertise a 24hr turnaround.

The consumer reached out about the provider being a no-show and we rescheduled them with another provider immediately. We apologized to the consumer and let them know that it is never our intention for consumers to got through this with NuggMD. To make things right we have reached out to this consumer to offer a 50% refund for the inconveniences caused and have not received a response from them. We always want to make things right with our consumers.

    - 6/14/2024 - Paid: $114 - On 6/14/24 I scheduled a doctor's *********** through NuggMD for an evaluation to renew my Medical Marijuana certificate fro the MMCC program in ********. I paid for and attended this virtual ***********, and was approved. The healthcare provider and NuggMD have still not submitted the paperwork to the state of ******** as of today, 7/14/24, one month later. This has caused my MMJ certification to lapse and prevents me from getting my medication and an affordable rate. This would not have happened if NuggMD and their helthcare provider partner has not fraudulently taken my money and claimed they would provide a service that they have never provided.

The consumer was certified on June 17th which is in line with the time frame for being certified, however, there was an error that caused a delay in his certificate being uploaded to the state.

    On 4/24/24 I tried to get a medical marijuana card from NUGGMD located at ****************************** they took my money BUT I did not get any feedback that they received it or that the transaction was actually made or anything so I figured something went wrong so I went and got it elsewhere. I want a refund since I never talked to their doctors or anything

    I ordered my card April 1, they said they sent it out. I hadnt received it after 2 weeks so I reach out to them. They sent it to the WRONG ADDRESS! I was then told theyd send another one. I reach out again 5 days later and they still didnt send it out so I ask for a refund. It is very unclear on the website whether you can get a refund in ********** ********************************************************************************************************* the first place. Definitely not supporting this place

    This website offers the opportunity to get your medical marijuana card and I paid for a 2 year renewal and the doctor never finished the whole appointment so I am not able to utilize my medical card and no one at the company is helping me. There is no phone number and only online chat and no one is able to fix the issue. They have now started to ignore my messages still asking for help or resolution. I paid almost $200 and didnt receive what I paid for.

On being able to reach us, we clearly state that our company only offers live chat and email support on our website.

    I had my consultation on 7.22.2023. I was in the waiting room for 30+ minutes. Then my zoom screen started and it said "your dr is waiting". I was on zoom camera for ********************************* I contacted the chat and asked if it was working because it said my dr is here but he was not on the camera. The chat was very nice and somewhat helpful. They ensured me the dr will be there shortly and to keep waiting. So I waited...and then a grumpy man sitting on his couch came on zoom. I guess this is the doctor??? It was so unprofessional and I did not feel comfortable. He wasn't not well spoken or put together. It was a joke.
