I think they changed locations after receiving bad reviews - ********************************** XXXXX - this should be the right address. I went in for a Morpheus ******* on ***** During the treatment, the esthetician said "that's weird" and pointed out that plasma was oozing out of my skin (without any blood)RED FLAG. She called the female doctor to take a look. They both said that they've never seen such a thing before but told me not to worry. After the treatment, I noticed that my smile line areas were abnormally red/hurting. As the day proceeded, it began to get darker & looked more damaged so I was starting to get scared. I messaged the clinic who kept reassuring me it was normal, it will heal and to just use hydrocortizone. I didn't feel reassured so I also messaged my other injectors who even reached out to their Morpheus8 rep for their opinions with a summary of what happened & pictures. They were all horrified and told me it was NOT normal the clinic definitely gave me burns. However, for them to properly diagnose, I needed to get from the med spa exact details of what happened (topical creme, frequency setting, needle size, etc). I messaged them telling them that my skin is damaged & was asking for contracts, medical assistance and wanted to discuss a refund.. They just told me "it will improve" and started ghosting me when I was asking for time sensitive medical assistance and information that I needed for the doctors to diagnose. They would not give me the information until I sent an email threatening legal action. At first, they sent a sticky note with handwriting that was not legible. When I asked them to send it via email multiple times, they only replied with the same sticky note and would not answer me on what the text said. I had to ask multiple times for the medical info and they claimed they sent it via mail but I haven't seen anything. I'm now stuck with scarring from burn marks on my face + spending lots of $$$ trying to fix.
