I needed a suit for a party. Found a suit at Men's Italy, AKA Men's USA, and bought it. I got an email from them saying they did not have the suit I ordered in stock, and they asked me to give them three more suit choices so that they could still fill my order. I just wanted money back but their high pressure selling convinced me to buy a suit. So they said they had mailed me a suit, without telling me which one of the three choices they were sending. After I prodded them relentlessly via e-mail for that info, as you can't call and get anyone on the phone, they finally told me which suit it was. I got the suit and the vest was not with the suit, only the suit jacket and pants. I e-mailed them and told them that and said I wanted a refund. They e-mailed me instructions to mail the suit back. I complied with their return instructions to a tee, I felt confident I would not be charged a re-stocking fee. So I mailed the suit back, and my expense, not theirs, and waited. After a wait I check my credit card and find out I was not refunded my full charge. They cheated me out of $43! That's after they did false advertising because they advertised a suit for sale on their website that they know they did not have in stock, then used high pressure tactics to get me to buy another one, then did not send me the complete suit because it was missing the vest and handkerchief that was shown with the suit on their website, and after I complied with their return instructions to the letter and, after I paid for the postage to send the suit back to them! They go by many names on the Internet. I ordered from a company called Mens Italy but got e-mails from MensUSA. That should have been the first sign to me that they were a scam. Do not, I repeat do not, ever buy anything from this company! Their customer service stinks and they are scam artists! If I could give them zero stars or minus stars as a review I would. They will cheat you out of your money!
