    any money you deposit into the app as a lender you will never see again, holding money against users will, bunch of crooks

    Solo was very good until recently. I received a loan, but it will not transfer to my bank account. Now they are sending me emails stating the load is past due and they are threatening me with reporting me to credit agencies and charging me late fees. I have reached out to them three times via email, twice via chat, and once via phone (no one answers and their voicemail is full). I really would like to either have the transaction voided and have them return the funds I cannot access to the lender.

    Their system had no problem taking money out of customer accounts to repay loans but for some reason the system wont work when trying to get a new loan. This company is full of crooks and they screwed over their entire customer base. They should not be allowed to be in business.

    If youre looking into downloading this app, dont bother. App doesnt even work anymore and they completely screwed over their regular customer. I was using this app religiously every pay day while I was going through financial burden and one day after taking the money out they all the sudden couldnt verify my debit card. Then I started getting emails that they were going through an upgrade long story short its almost been a month of this upgrade and false promises from the company. They havent updated in more than a week now and my guess is they actually got into legal trouble and this is their way of hiding the truth. Been hearing rumors they are getting shut down for past scams, instead they tell you they are updating. Absolute bull. Wasted my time with them and they screwed me over. If u need money stick to apps like ****, empower, ****** and money lion. They are legit and help increase ur credit score. Been using them for over a year with no issues.

    I have tried for weeks to pay back a loan that a person kindly offered me on this Solo App. However it just sits there and don't repay. I have sent numerous emails with no change to pay this person back. I don't need another loan thankfully but I would like to pay the person back. I can't get in touch with Solo anymore and sent a final email to them to stop all transactions and I will contact my bank. I would however like to find out who the person was that I need to send money to. I will not pay any lender fees or any late fees and need someone to help me and others resolve this. If you look on reddit there are 100's of complaints an some not as fortunate as I am and they need money. It has really messed a lot of good people up. They need a cease and desist order like Maryland has done for all involved. I hope to hear back from someone about this.

    Straight scam. I joined and became a lender. Small loan I gave did get paid back, but then the app went through "upgrades" and now I have zero access to me funds. I had to cancel my bank card that was connected. No answers from sham of a "company."This app is a complete fraud and scam.

    They have so many complaints that they have disabled ******** comments. They do not answer any emails for support. They appear to be in huge legal trouble.

    SINCE THIS UPDATE FOR ABOUT A MONTH IT HAS MESSED UP EVERYTHING. YOU CAN'T CONNECT YOUR CARD TO PAY LENDERS BACK. CS IS A JOKE *** SO SICK OF SENDING EMAILS. YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN TRUTHFUL WITH YOU PLATFORM AND LET THE PEOPLE KNOW WHOEVER YOU WERE DEALING WITH FILED A BANKRUPTCY AND OWES OTHER PEOPLE INSTEAD OF SENDING THESE STUPID UPDATES LIKE YOU ALL ARE REALLY DOING SOMETHING TO HELP PEOPLE THAT HAVE SUPPORTED YOU TO MAKE IT WORK. NO **** UPDATE TAKES THIS LONG FOR A SYSTEM.

    Horrible!!! They claim they did some sort of an update and it wiped everything out. I took out a loan of $250 and my husband did one of $150 but because of the update we never got to touch the funds so its just sitting in the app that we cannot access because for 2-weeks now its been saying that they need to verify who we are (as if that wasnt done already because we couldnt use the app without doing so). Fast forward to today 5/9/24, I get yet another call from them trying to collect a debt of funds that we NEVER received. Per ******** messaging (because thats the only way they will get back with you after making you wait forever) they were not penalizing us because we never withdrew the funds thanks to them. They said they will reverse the transactions to the lender and all will be well. Now Im not getting a response from solo, cannot access the account, they are trying to pull money I never received because of their update and they are harassing me with phone calls so much so I had to put that number on do not disturb. If this is not resolved I will be contacting my attorney because you all will not attack my credit for something I never received. And I screenshotted all messages and correspondence received via messenger because this shady business will more than likely make it all disappear after this. If I could give this company ZERO STARS I would. Messing with peoples livelihood like that is ridiculous!

    Around the last week of April 2024, solo funds began an upgrade to their app and banking system. By their own admission, it was supposed to take 48 hours. As of this writing, which is May 8th 2024, the problem still has not been resolved. I am unable to add a debit card so that I can request that alone be funded on my behalf. I have written several emails asking about why I cannot add a debit card. The response I got was that they were aware of this issue. And that it was a known issue because of the upgrade that they are trying to implement. According to information on their application, the last update was on May 2nd concerning the upgrade process. They said in that update that they would have another update midweek the following week. Here it is Wednesday night, May 8th, and no other updates have been posted. No emails have been sent out to customers concerning an update, and is very hard to get a hold of anyone through their chat platform or by phone. All customers are looking for is a resolution to this update that they are carrying out, so that we may be able to use the platform again and get back to performing the daily functions of their business. Solo funds have not made significant strides in getting this update completed. In fact. The update has lasted almost 2 weeks longer now than it was originally scheduled to be.there is rampant speculation on social media that this business has closed permanently without notifying anyone. Personally, I'm asking solo funds to address the issues concerning why I'm not able to add a debit card to my account and request a loan. What is taking so long? This is very bad business on your part and make sure business look suspicious. Please address concerns that I have mentioned immediately by communicating with your customers.
