Business has fraudulently charged me for 4 years disregarding every communication I've sent at 4+ attempts to stop their fraud. I bought a card on ****** and returned it 3 days later because it didn't work in my phone. From the first month and every year after i send emails to try and stop the billing and speedtalk mobile keeps charging my card and somehow got around it even when I changed credit card numbers. Tired of this scam from this company. Next step is legal action.

My mother bought my son a smart watch for his birthday from ******. The watch arrived and I went to set it up. The watch came with a SIM card from SpeedTalk mobile in order to use the phone features of the watch. In order to set up the watch, you need to pay for the service. I purchased the 3 month service package. After setting the watch up, we found out that my son was unable to call out to a few numbers. We contacted SpeedTalk to figure out why. After a few days of back and forth trying to determine the issue, they told me it was most likely the watch and should be replaced. So I had my mother send the watch back and request a replacement. After another few days, we can into the same issue even with a new SIM card from SpeedTalk. Again, a few more days of going back and forth between SpeedTalk and myself trying to figure out the issue, they just said it must be the watch again. So I told my mom to return the watch and purchase a different watch, which we did. I told SpeedTalk to cancel my service, but was told I couldnt get a refund as we were past the 14 day grace ******* Keep in mind I was going back and forth with them trying to figure out the problem. Just returning the first watch and having to wait for the replacement.I have all email communications saved.

June 2024 I bought a speed talk chip for $5 for a watch for my ************ asked to me to make an account for the "phone #" account.I chose pay as needed/go *********** has been taking $5.50 a month from my **********/7, 10/15, 11/4. A refund was given on 11/6.I have been in correspondence with the company via email and was promised a refund and account closing. Another $5.50 was taken from my account on 12/4/24.I sent another email but these companies that do not have direct customer service lines are a big problem. There should be someone other than a robot handling people's accounts and especially when it comes to money.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SPEED TALK MOBILE!!!I activated a Kids Smart Watch September 16, 2024. I chose the 50min 100text 100MB plan. The kid sent/received 4 SMS (text) messages Sept. 17, 2024. No other messages were sent/received.I received 4 email notifications stating the plan was suspended until the next month's usage cycle Sept. 19 before 4 pm.I called customer service at ******, and they directed me to log into my account and check the usage. The usage reflects 135 SMS messages when I checked. This is impossible, since I did not authorize the net month's SMS messages to roll over onto the current month.I contacted customer service again, and they reported 136 SMS messages.Looking back on the website, it now says 137 messages.

To whom it may concern,I am reaching out to bring to your attention a concerning situation that has left me feeling like a victim of a fraudulent scheme. In 2022, I purchased a single-month plan for my two children with Speed Talk Mobile. Despite the fact that my children have not used those phone lines for over a year, I have noticed that Speed Talk Mobile continues to charge my debit card for both ******** an attempt to resolve this issue, I reached out to Speed Talk Mobile customer service. However, my efforts were met with resistance from Supervisor *** ******, who not only refused to provide me with a refund but also declined to offer any further assistance on how I could be reimbursed for these unauthorized charges.A closer look at the account activity revealed a pattern of fraudulent call logs on both accounts. These call logs, which consistently show calls logged at specific dates and times, were evidently fabricated in an attempt to keep the phones active and justify the recurring charges.I want to emphasize that I have concrete evidence of these fraudulent call logs pertaining to the accounts in question. This evidence underscores the urgent need for a resolution to this matter and for appropriate action to be taken to rectify the situation.I kindly request your prompt attention to this issue and seek your assistance in addressing this fraudulent activity by Speed Talk Mobile. Your cooperation in investigating this matter and facilitating a resolution would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your time and understanding.Sincerely,******** ******

    Hello,

Customer has been notified already per Ticket #******* on 1/24/2024 the following:

We have fully reviewed your account and have found the charges to be accurate. The charges you see are for overages in which you exceeded the amount of 100MB available on your plan. We see you have disabled overages refill on your account and you will no longer be charged for overages.

    Thank you

Speedtalk mobile is a complete scam. I have been trying to cancel their monthly $5.50 charge for years. I have spent hours emailing back and forth with them. They have all my information-i.e. credit card that is being billed, phone number, SIM card number. I have sent them screenshots of the billing. The conclusion after hours of emails is that they can't find my account. There is nothing they can do but I can dispute with my bank (their response). This company needs to be shut down. There have got to be tens of thousands of people that they are literally stealing money from monthly. Please investigate this. Someone is making a ton of money. My desired resolution would be for them to stop billing me!!!!

So I purchase one month of service from this company for $5 it's a very small amount so I can test quality and use. I realize quickly that this is a very "issue" oriented wireless provider and it takes them over a day just to port in my phone number. The service is not great and after testing I'm ready to switch over to a different provider and take my phone number with me. When I ask for port out information which is simply an account number and a pin from an national phone number database that all wireless cell phone providers participate in so that I phone users can easily port with, they respond that either:(1) I have to remain with them for 90 days... or (2) I have to give them $10 in an administrative "hostage" fee to release my private phone number from their gulag. Obviously, this smells of a scam if not indentured servitude. As you can see from the email, these demands are clear. I will not be able to get my phone number back or at least the simple standard information that all of these phone numbers are registered with on each wireless provider and are never charged to retrieve. I won't be having my own phone number for 90 days and they will force me to renew my service for that time even though this is something I never agreed to.I will not stand for this.
