    On August 9th 2024 I sent moto lease a $6941.37 check to pay a motorcycle loan.They received and cashed the check and although my account says paid, I have yet to receive my title.I feel the 7 weeks is a long time to wait for a title to be mailed.

    Lease was paid off and I still show on my credit report that it's an open account. Tried calling and emailing but no one is available to take the call.. would just like to make sure title was released and status shows paid in full..

    I paid my loan off with motto lease 5/31/2024 2 months before my actual lease was up I was told 4-6 weeks of getting my title. We waited and then finally in July received what we thought was our title but only an empty envelope we were so upset and frustrated when we called the title department she told us it was a mistake and she thought she sent it to us and she must of mistakenly sent it to someone else who also lives in *******! Like what how does that happen. So now we needed to wait for her to cancel the title and also wait another 30 days for approval from the dmv here in ******* to get a new one send it to them and then send it to us and we are still waiting its basically already October and nothing I called Wednesday 9/25/24 and have continued to call and get no answer just that no one is available to take the call but no one ever calls back I have sent out numerous emails to **** and ******* and still nothing it is very unprofessional on their end Im tired of waiting for something I paid for long ago

    To start off, MotoLease transferred my loan to ******************* with no notice back in March of this year. I paid off my bike on 8/19/2024. As of today, the California *** shows they have been trying to get title paperwork and fees from MotoLease since May 2024, with no response. I have been trying to get ahold of them for the past month on the title status with no response. ******************* told me that Moto Lease needs to do the title. I need this title and no one will help me. The *** can't do anything without MotoLease, and they just do not care. So they are fraudulently holding a title they have no business holding. I have paid my loan, and my registration was always current, but now I am being punished for their lack of professionalism. It is truly sickening they are allowed to do this and still be in business with no recourse.

    I have tried to call Motolease for the last few days 9/23/24 and 9/24/24 . Have have been attempting to pay my payment on my account with no luck. I have called numerous times with no answer and I leave my phone number for a call back as they ask but I do not get a call back nor any response to my emails. I am down to my last four payments and find it odd that I can not get ahold of anyone. All I want to do is pay my payment. I have gone as far as get help from a local dealer for help but got the same out come no response.

    I have been getting different amounts from them about what I owe on my lease, but I already had a fixed payment coming out twice a month. I have been trying to call them and get this resolved and to pay it off. I have wanted to get an itemized statement as well. Now I am not getting any response from them. I do feel scammed and that I am overpaying and I am not going to get my lease.

    I have an account with ********************** LLC for my 2005 *************** motorcycle. I am at the end of my lease my final payment is due on 10-1-24 I have tried to pay the payment by phone as I have successfully done for the last 59 payments I have always been on time never late .my attempts to call have gone unanswered I have left my number for a call back and have not received any response.I have tried this many times and I am starting to become very worried. I have the last payment and the end of lease payment and would like to receive my title.This concerns me because of some of the issues that other customers have had. I am hoping to resolve this issue before 10-1 thank you I appreciate it

    I am filing a complaint because I have had an account with ********************** and have always made my payments online and have never had an issue making a payment. Now that I have 2 months left to pay off the lease the system is now telling me that online payments for my account have been disabled and I have to contact their customer service # at ************ you can never get through to anybody their automated system always say no agent or customer service person is available and only allows you to enter the number you want them to call you back at and they never do. I have tried to email them at ********************************** and the email address does not work every time I send an email it comes back as undeliverable. I am concerned from all the other complaints I see with the BBB is that they are locking my account and not allowing me to make a payment to force my account to be delinquent to try to force my lease into repo to steal my bike after I have paid all this money. I want to be able to just pay my bike off to get away from this company.

    I am not liable for this debt with MotoLease LLC. I do not have a contract with the collection agency. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    Good morning,

    We are sorry that Mr. ***** has had challenges with his obligations to MotoLease.We have been working with him to help him fulfill those obligations. Mr. ***** signed his original contract with MotoLease on 4/1/2019, and on 9/16/2019,MotoLease received notice that the bike had been impounded after an ***********. ***** called MotoLease on 10/1/2019 to discuss the situation and MotoLease informed him that he was still responsible for the balance on his account.After no action on the part of Mr. ****** MotoLease picked up the bike from the impound, liquidated it, applied the proceeds to the Mr. ****** account, and sent him a Final Statement on 11/18/2019. We subsequently contacted and worked with Mr. ***** to negotiate a reduced settlement on his account for the final outstanding balance. Mr. ***** signed a Repayment Agreement on 8/17/2022 for that reduced amount and he called MotoLease to confirm that he has the final agreement and will be calling in to make payments. Since then, there have been no payments made by Mr. ***** and our last communication with him was on 9/07/2023. We would be happy to continue assisting Mr. ****** if he would like to contact us by phone at **************.
