      I paid for services to have my belongings moved to another property, there were several incidents that occurred while on the job, which I was very cordial about. They did not follow instructions, they ***** and ******* ***** ****** and one of their workers seemed to have been injured while moving furniture, and had an outburst of ********* language with my 9 year old son present. He was complaining about my furniture and why it was being moved upstairs yelling and complaining although they were paid to do so. They left several items behind when manager **** was contacted he was extremely rude and sent text messages asking me for a picture of my car and telling me to finish the move myself then went ahead and text me to "go on YouTube and learn how to pack my car" this is despicable and upsetting and discouraging coming from a manger and a company I paid over ***** to have services provided to me. I reach out in high hopes you will resolve this issue.

      CHEAP MOVERS, CHEAP SERVICE On 09/08/2021, ****** plus two men crew (reportedly from LA location) packed numerous vintage ***** ********** CA king size bed set, couch set, numerous sofas and recliners, washer/dryer, and numerous belongings into three large ***** When the **** were unloaded, we discovered that glass tops, mirrors, and paintings were ******** ******* (some not at all) in Saran Wrap and shoved between *********** Numerous ******* on nearly all the furniture that were barely covered (some not at all) with Saran Wrap. Numerous ***** and ********* on the priceless vintage Rosewood Oriental Furniture. Estimated repair, due to the age of the wood and intricate pearl shell designs imbedded into the wood, were between ************0 and we consulted five restoration businesses. We observed ****** barely doing anything but mostly chat with the two men who did most of the packing and moving. We paid for 3 movers and 8 hours at a total cost of $****, plus $75 cash tip, but ended up with unimaginable, irreplaceable damage to family heirlooms. We were shocked about the discovery and remain dismayed by the lack of follow up by the company regarding two Damage Claims (on 12/28/21 and 01/15/21) that we filed and have yet to receive any response. We seek complete accountability and full reimbursement. Cheap Movers ********** and Los Angeles) made us feel robbed of our money and property. They have shown no concern or regard for the irrefutable damages they have caused. We tried twice to collect on our Damage Claim, as they were reportedly insured. We are still waiting to hear from the only available manager, "****." Their contact numbers (XXX) XXX-XXXX and (XXX) XXX-XXXX seem to only lead to one location.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/18) */ This was not the full moving service done by our company. She only hired us for partial move, she hired us only for loading the POD. We didn't drove her pod to the cross country and we did not unload the pod. It says on her contract that we do not cover any damages if move was not completed by us in full. She can call to the POD company and Unloading company to get compensation. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/01/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Let's be very clear, all the damages incurred were due to the poor packing or lack of while loading into three large PODS. The way the movers packed the PODS led to the numerous scratches and irrefutable damages, as evident by the photos clearly showing how things were shoved tightly into the PODS where there was no room for movement. It would be impossible for damage to occur during transport of PODS because all three PODS were packed tightly. CHEAP MOVERS need to take accountability.
