    I had a horrendous experience with this moving company. Firstly, their movers damaged my gate during the move and refused to take responsibility for the damage. Secondly, the information provided to me about the moving process was confusing and incomplete, causing unnecessary stress and delays. They also failed to follow up with me after our initial consultation, leaving me feeling completely ignored and frustrated. Whenever I attempted to contact them for updates or assistance, they were always too busy to take my calls, and I was left waiting for a call back that never came. This lack of communication and professionalism was utterly unacceptable. After trying to contact and communicate with the manager **** he just hung up the phone as we are trying to come with resolution for the damage gate **** keeps hanging up on myself and my wife. To make matters worse, they only sent two helpers instead of the promised three, which resulted in the move taking four additional hours longer than expected. This lack of manpower and failure to address important details when booking the service shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Overall, I would strongly advise against using this moving company as they have proven themselves to be unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent.We are looking for just for the reimbursement of the damage gate. We provided the pictures, and invoice for the service showing that gate was fixed for the damage gate.

If the gate is off the rail, it does not imply that our vehicle was responsible.Additionally, we believe your move was handled smoothly without any issues. We encourage you to compare the average time it takes to move a one-bedroom apartment with other moving companies, as our process aligns with industry standards.We take pride in our work and are committed to customer satisfaction.     I paid for services to have my belongings moved to another property, there were several incidents that occurred while on the job, which I was very cordial about. They did not follow instructions, they ***** and ******* ***** ****** and one of their workers seemed to have been injured while moving furniture, and had an outburst of ********* language with my 9 year old son present. He was complaining about my furniture and why it was being moved upstairs yelling and complaining although they were paid to do so. They left several items behind when manager **** was contacted he was extremely rude and sent text messages asking me for a picture of my car and telling me to finish the move myself then went ahead and text me to "go on YouTube and learn how to pack my car" this is despicable and upsetting and discouraging coming from a manger and a company I paid over ***** to have services provided to me. I reach out in high hopes you will resolve this issue.
