I sold my car at another place beginning of 3/2024 and came to this establishment where I originally purchased the car to cancel my warranties (ESC ************* contract) on 3/22/2024. I dealt with ******* from finance and she added up what was owed back to me after the cancellation which totaled $4596.13. Per *******, I should be receiving my refund within 90 days or sooner. From the beginning, the finance staff never returns any phone calls despite me leaving multiple messages. I had to go to their office to get some kind of help and speak to someone. Per *******, she will call me back regarding my tire warranty from CNA national which is no longer in contact with them. Weeks passed but I never got a call from her or any other personnel from finance. On 4/3/24, I decided to go to their office again regarding the tire package cancellation. Someone was able to help me take care of the issue, but I forgot his name. A few weeks later, I got a letter from CNA national regarding a refund that I would receive which totaled $822. According to the letter, I would be able to receive my refund from the *** dealer within 30 days of the print date. The print date on the letter was 4/5/24. On 6/10/24, I called the *** dealership regarding an update on my refund on all the warranties that totaled $5418.13. I was transferred to the controller but no one answered so I left a message. When I didnt get a call back the next day, I left another message. I have been leaving messages but no one has been calling me back for the past 4 days. I am disabled and its difficult for me to get around. All I want is my refund that is owed to me. I need help in getting my refund.

On April 11, 2024, I took my vehicle to Beverly Hills BMW for a recall service appointment. My vehicle was operating fine before the appointment and I drove it in perfectly. My vehicle has always ran great since I got it years ago. While my vehicle was getting serviced, I received a routine video of my vehicle from the technician informing me of the findings which he stated looked good. I then received a service report of close to $7000 worth of repairs needed. Because I didnt immediately respond via text, I soon after got another text stating I declined service and to come pick up my vehicle. After that text, i received another text misinforming me that its advised to get my vehicle towed out because its unsafe to drive. I thought something didnt seem right especially because this was all over text messages. I went there to get my car and as it was coming down the ramp there was a loud noise that I never heard before, the employee who handed me my keys was rude and snatched the plastic off my seats. Once I got in my vehicle all the check Engine lights were on, the car was making a loud noise, the steering wheel locked up and completely shut off. I was able to drive it about 10 seconds towards the exit ramp out the *********** building before my vehicle stopped moving, stopped working and completely locked up and shut off. I was in the street during rush hour time and it was devastating to say the least. Once I managed to get it to the curb I went back to ask the service advisor what happened, he was talking fast, being rude, saying he didnt do it, walking away and stated because I didnt want to get it serviced for $7000 that was the result. They offered me no help or no assistance. I had to get my vehicle towed home even though I drove there in great working condition. The *** driver saw the belt wrapped around the fan as if it were cut. Instead of repairing what they damaged or even telling me, they put my life at risk of potentially getting in an accident.

This relates to the purchase of a 2019 *** 540i vehicle (VIN# *****************) on January 14th, 2023. I was charged $599.00 for a paint and surface protection product known as **********. Referenced as Item 1E 1 on the Retail Installment Sales Contract. This was an add-on cost to the purchase of the vehicle. The product cost should have been refunded as it was applied to defective paint (acknowledged by the dealership) that rendered it useless, ineffective and a waste of money. The paint issue became apparent after delivery of the vehicle in inclement weather where it could not be viewed properly. The dealership agreed to take the car back and address the issue but they did not fix it. This amount solely added to the dealerships bottom line and offered no benefit whatsoever to myself. I gave Beverly Hills BMW multiple opportunities to resolve the issue over 8 weeks but they ceased communication. I also asked them to refund the amount of $599, to which they have not responded.I initially declined this add on cost when offered. Upon my refusal the finance department then offered to have my auto loan interest rate reduced by 2% if I would accept the additional add-on items This is clearly deceptive business practice - whereby the dealership miraculously is able to reduce the interest rate in order that they can add in additional profit-making items for them.It does not change the fact that the ********** charge is not merited since it could not be effective on defective paint. I now have a car that has a partial matte finish whereas the color is supposed to be graphite metallic - a sparkling shiny finish.A small claims court filing is being prepared should this not be resolved with the BBB. This dealership engages in deceptive business practices, as evidenced here and referenced on multiple occasions online under the title "Beverly Hills BMW scams", some of which applies to the hard sell of this ********** product.

In Oct 2021, I put down a deposit on a pre-order vehicle (2022 model). It was supposed to arrive in July of 2022. Due to delays, the car was changed to a 2023 model year which has a $1,500 increase in price. I asked the salesperson why I was being charged more when it was their fault that I hadn't received the car. The sales person said that they would honor the 2022 pricing. The car finally arrived in November 2022 and the salesperson now says that they won't honor the pricing.

I brought my 328xi BMW sedan into Beverly Hills BMW after being in an incident with another vehicle. The other drivers' insurance company was paying 100%. BH BMW took my car in, only to send it back out to a 3rd party collision repair shop. BH BMW does/ can only do light maintenance. So after my car goes back and forth between shops. (Always trying to add something new to the bill.) I routinely checked in, asked if the main issue (steering) had been addressed already? No, it has not. This has to be done at BH BMW. But it just was at BH BMW, I replied. And it's going's back there again, they answered. So finally it's at BH BMW "again" to address the major steering issue from after the initial incident (car was dangerously erratic steering left / and or right). We're already well in over 2.5 month. At BH BMW it takes another few weeks until I get a note to pick up my car (from their 3rd party repair shop). Everything looked fine. Test drove around the block. Seemed ok. Signed docs and took it for a real life test. Turns out issue was not fixed. Calling in to report, get told to contact BH BMW directly. I do. Make appt. Meet with the service advisor and they send me off with a loaner. Few weeks later get a call to pick it up. Coming in, test driving it with foreman in the car too. Still not ok. I'm pointing to the issue and get told "oh why have we not checked that? That's unusual. We usually check that first. Our bad." So they keeping my car (again) for weeks. I get the loaner, back. They'r charging the paying insurance company a few more thousand $; because why not, right? I get a call. My car is ready. Testing it around the block. Fine. And fine for a few days or so. Then, out of the blue, car breaks out to the right on a reg. street under 34mph. Almost took us in the parked cars on the right (Video Proof). Contacting BH BMW. No answer. Contacting all the dept. heads including GM: NO ANSWER! Informing them, they left my car in a super dangerous condition. No Answer.

Date of transaction:****************** My partner and I went to view a vehicle for sale at this dealership. We inquired about financing options. In turn, we were given the option to submit a credit application and were that their financing department would return with information regarding a rate for a car loan. I asked whether the inquiries would affect our credit scores and from our understanding it would with every inquiry. We only asked for one credit check for a car loan rate estimate. Thereafter, they began to run our credit for a total amount of 6 times without our authorization to do so. This has definitely affected both, my partner and I's, credit scores when we did not authorize the additional credit checks. We have been kept in the dark as to the secret credit checks they have been conducting behind our backs and did not receive responses from the sales associate and the sales manager for hours and days at a time. Our desired resolution would be to reverse the credit checks that we did not authorize so that we may regain the deducted points from our credit scores.
