    Been on time replaced too transmission on 2021 Nissan Versa kept up on maintenance a lot of miles owe $12,000 they give me 2021 NissanSentra ****** miles and tell me Im being just ripped off I payed for Versa so hear is a new debt transmission $5700 they say dont worry just ignore Im lost this is my credit plus I had a co-signer can anyone help me..

    On 6/2/24, I purchased a used Mustang from Universal City Nissan. I was told that in order to get a special deal, I would be required to obtain financing for the car. A week later, I received a call from the salesman (Mo Elreda) that they would like me to just purchase the car without financing. On 6/11/24, a cashiers check was delivered to fully pay for the car. The person in their ****************** assured me that I would receive clear title and registration to the car the next day. After several calls to Mo, in which he continued to state the title would be sent immediately, I still never received it. As of 6/14/24, ** stopped returning my calls. I would like the dealership to send me clean title (pink slip) and registration as soon as possible because I paid fees to have this done and they are legally required to do so.

    Ive purchased the used car 2020 Kia **** from Universal City Nissan on February 16, 2024. It was a very long sale process, very hot day, I only took a test drive and next moment when i got to the car was in the garage , not well lighted and sitting tight between other cars. Im 78 years old and I was exhausted.So I didnt have chance to examine thoroughly the interior and exterior . Besides, I couldn't imagine that obvious problems wouldnt be disclosed by the salesman.I discovered several problems in the next few days:1. Bend and deep long scratch on the front passenger door 2. ********* in the compartment between the seats. It caused me the lost bundle of keys and my wrist *********************** watch 3. Large stain above passenger seat I took the photos so it has a date of February 18 on it - proof of the existing problems at the time of purchase. I immediately and repeatedly contacted the salesman, was only able to leave voice mails. I texted and I send several emails. No response.I drove to the dealership on February 20. The salesman wasnt there but the others on a floor assured me that its all would be fixed by the company.I drove there again and again . Finally they promised to fix the door and order the new compartment.Also promised to call back. Never did.So I called and visited the dealership again. After may back and forth they aid that they wouldnt be paying for any repair. I also filed two formal complaints on their website. Someone responded with just another promise of the future contact. Please let me know if you need any more facts, copies of documents, estimates for the repair, emails, texts, etc.,

    My Mother purchased a used 2019 ***** from Universal Nissan in November. When we purchased the car the dealership said they did all the maintenance on the car. Also, when we purchased the car we only got 1 car remote than I find out there is no key inside the remote. They said they only have 1 remote and we would have to go to ***** dealership. So we had to purchase an extra key and remote. Than ***** did a free maintenance check and told us the alternator drive belt is damaged and missing a inner portion. Universal never disclosed this information and says its not important. So now we have to take it to a ***** dealership to fix it. We have a 3 month or **** mile warranty from Universal Nissan but they won't resolve either issues. They should either cover all our bills or give us a partial refund for purchasing this car.

    Universal received a check from my bank USAA for funding for a car. Upon receiving the check and cashing. ********************* called me and said they could not do the deal unless I gave them an extra $1000. They have already received the check and cashed it for the car $23,642. ********************* said, The reason why they are not making any money on the car sale! So he canceled the deal but won't send the check back to take the loan off my credit! I hope *** NEW4 picks up my request for on my side side. Please don't trust them if they did it to me they will do it to you! Universal Nissan management is not to be TRUSTED! I have NO car and they have $23,642!****************,Universal has cashed the check and USAA said they have. Please return the funds to USAA.     My ************* is requesting a copy of the cancelled warranties payment that will be applied to the vehicle. I can not get through to finance and have been calling for 4 weeks. I can only get this from the dealer and the dealer is closed and this is the establishment consumer affairs have given me. From Gap " Looking over the Financing contract on page 6 Under Itemization section letter I for option service contracts, it does show a contract titled Independent Deal original cost of $2,500. Also on page 15 of the documents, a copy of that contract which is called ************** looks to be active with terms for 72 months or 100K miles. **** would be the contract you would want the selling dealership to submit for due to the total loss. All we would need is a document that can show how much the refund will be for once known. Hopefully this information assists." This is all I need and nobody can give me this or return my calls. I need these documents sent to me via email. The number for this establishment also gives an error for #6 finance. This all should have been handled as I was told numerous times by nissan Gap would receive everything needed. These warranties were all purchased through nissan at time of purchase.

    I purchased a 2022 Nissan rogue on July 24 2023 at Universal city Nissan .I paid them$5000 and signed for a $31,444.98 loan. They gave me the car on the spot and I drove away. A few days later I got a call from Universal Nissan saying that the loan didn't go through and I would have to come back to sign new loan papers. The new loan is for$2000 more than the one I had been denied. I offered to return the car on that day of August 4 2023. The manager,*********************, told me a can't return the car and he will call his lawyer.

    Not only was I ripped off by being told that over $6,000 in add ons were free, just to find out they charged me for them, but I was also told by *********************** that I would be issued an additional refund of $2,000. She stopped responding to me when I told her I would be pressing the matter of fraud further, without giving me the refund she promised. The car is also not a certified pre owned vehicle, by CA law, due to the fact that it was sold to me with frame damage, which ***** the sales associate admitted to me and it is in writing form.

    03/06/23-03/07/23 I bought a Used 2015 ****** Prius and the finance manager ****** unfair business practices and misrepresented facts about the car price to meand made me believe the finance charges was the reason the totaled price for the car was so much higher than the listed price of $19,991 as advertised. But what he took upon himself to include options that I never asked for nor I want or need. I don't even have a clue to what lowjack is or how to set it up, or what is smart care for $4100 or cilajet for $1495. it was never explained....charged me was $1495 for lowjack. I trusted them 100% and was unfairly taken advantage and And I've been ignored for 3months. It's impossible trying to get ahold of universal city Nissan employees that were involved in the contract...salesman lied about the unsafe tire he was supposed to fix it the next day. I drove off and the tire blew up in the freeway. and lied about ***** me gas money for my ride that took me on both days. And the sales manager. ***** did not give me a student discount. They finnessed me and treated me with no respect and I'm so dissatisfied and regret that I ever trusted them to be honest people. Nissan left me down in so many ways. The car needs a tuneup and I don't know what to do!..their so unfair and made me feel like I was nothing. I'm so dissatisfied with them. I have pic and my attempts to reach them for help.     This car has mechanical failure the case was settled with the CCA offered 5 k from Nissan it seems the car was in a previous auto collision and sold as new by ************************* at Universal City because now the chassis warning light is on reflecting structural damage and the car was bought as new in 2020
