I ordered a 2XL Juice WRLD shirt back in September 12th of 2024 from MERCHBAR. I STILL have NOT gotten the shirt or any email confirmation of the shirt ever going into shipment. I look on the MERCHBAR site and its not even in shipment. Its stuck on "Order placed". I look online on forums and reddit and see people talking about the same thing, ordering things from the store (999club is the supplier) and they don't get their items or have to wait months for them to arrive. I then check 999club the supplier and the site is down or deleted. Any contact to any of the companies has not succeeded in resolving the issue. I haven't gotten a refund or the shirt. I've contacted 999club directly I've tried calling. And I've also contacted MERCHBAR, with no help. I wish to either have the shirt or get a refund. I doubt I'll get the shirt now because its listed as "out of stock".***********************************Initial Complaint

I purchased a Wasted Skateboard Deck and Basketball from 999 Club on 5/26/24 for a total of $151.97. After a few months of not receiving any order updates, I reached out and they had let me know. Orders were still being processed. Then come Christmas time I get a similar response with it looking hopeful I could either receive the merchandise or a refund. As of this year, the website has been completely shut down, and there is no way to contact this company. Im demanding a full refund, This has gone on for way too long.Initial Complaint

I ordered a hoodie from their website in November for Christmas for my son. And here it is February and no products. And I have tried multiple times to contact the scam company to ask for a refund. And my bank wont refund said charges something needs to happen many people are losing money and getting no response and no product while this company gets money and offers nothing I just want my money back. I placed an order with the company for 2 articles of clothing and paid $184. My credit card was charged at the time of purchase. The timeline for shipping was 4-6 weeks. I have not recieved the item. I ordered a sweatshirt for this business on 12/06/2024 as a gift. I understand that holidays are a hectic time so I expected delays. I reached out to the customer service email on 01/06/2025 in hopes of finding out when I would receive my item. I still as of 01/24/2025 have not received a reply despite being promised a response within 2 business days. I visited the website today to find it has been closed with the message WE APOLOGIZE FOR ALL THE DELAYS TEAM IS WORKING TO GET ALL REMAINING ORDERS OUT. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING A PREVIOUS ORDER, PLEASE EMAIL CUSTOMER SERVICE I am unable to check the status of my order and have already been charged for the product. Upon placing the order, I was promised shipping within 2-3 weeks. I ordered a hoodie as a Christmas present, I have never received it and have never received a refund that I have requested twice. The only way to reach them is through a chat bot and they claim they will respond within a day but they don't.
