    I purchased $50 worth of items on *********************** website on 3/2/25 and they have since provided me with two shipping/tracking numbers that never update. There are instagram accounts stating this business sold and is now fraudulent. I have never received the order

    I placed an order with Anese on 12/2/2024 and never received my order. I got a confirmation email and my credit card was charged but they never shipped out my order. I contacted them multiple times to inquire about my order but never got a response. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They are scamming people.

    Placed an order on February 17th of 2025 and have yet to receive it. Ive notified their customer service numerous times to which I keep getting the response that it has been escalated and ready to ship with tracking but **** has not received the products. Now when I log in to the site my order has disappeared.

    I placed an order with this company on October 9, 2024. The order confirmation email says I should receive a shipping notification within 48 hours. It is now March 26, 2025 and I have not received a tracking number, shipping notification, or my order. I have attempted reaching out to their customer service team and have gotten no help at all. They have only told me that they are busy and will get back to me. They have now completely stopped responding and I am unable to contact them at all. I am owed a refund. I do not want the product.

    In May of 2024, I placed order #AS3818 in the amount of $87. This company never shipped my product. I have reached out many times asking for updates...they will tell me the product is delayed, then tell me the product has shipped and please allow 2 business days to receive tracking information, but I never receive it. It has now been almost a year and I feel that they have scammed me out of $87.

    I am filing a complaint against Anese regarding order #****, placed on January 21st, which has not been fulfilled. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this with customer support, I have yet to receive my product. Below is a summary of my communication:Feb 7: Customer support said Id receive a tracking number in 2-3 business days.Feb 13: Followed upno tracking received.Feb 18: Followed up againno response.Feb 19: Sent a final request for a refund. Received a tracking number the next day, but it remained in "pre-shipment" status.March 10: Requested a refund again; received the same tracking info.March 12: Support claimed the item was with the courier, but tracking still showed "pre-shipment."March 14: Asked for a firm shipping date; support said they had no control over the courier.March 17: *************** who confirmed an issue processing the order.March 25: Requested a refund again; the company refused, citing a 24-hour cancellation policy, though I never received the product.I request a full refund as my order has not shipped, tracking has been stagnant since Feb 19, and the company has failed to provide a resolution. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this.

    I purchased some skincare products from *********************** about eight months ago. I never set up any sort of subscription service, and was not intending to have a recurring charge for products. However, on 01/30/2025 I received an email saying my order from *********************** had been confirmed. I was charged over $100 for products I did not buy. Apparently there is a subscription or something, but I have not been able to login to cancel any subscriptions. I have reached out to the customer service at ******************** four times. Sent many emails. Tried calling. All my attempts have gone unanswered. They are essentially stealing my money now, and I have apparently no means of stopping it. This is a TERRIBLE company, and clearly have no interest in conducting fair business.

    It's been over 2 months and STILL NO PRODUCTS. I no longer want their products, but I'd like a refund issued to me. They've put my emails off, all but to keep claiming they're sending it. This is not acceptable.

    This was a debit transaction on 11/29/2024. The total paid was $76.15. I never received an update nor has the merchant replied to any communication. The order number is #ACO1218. Ive reported issues with this order multiple times via the merchant **************** No answer.

    this company is falsely advertising shipping times and unresponsive.their website (*********************** and ****************************) claims fast shipping and even delivery times of 2 days.i placed an order in november 2024. now, nearly in february 2025, it still has not shipped. i have received no updates at all. i reached out to their team in december and still have no response. hundreds of other complaints are in reviews online.
