1 starI ordered a stuffed replica of my beloved cat who passed away several years ago. I sent in numerous pictures of my cat as requested. Their order time online shows 4-8 weeks. I waited 11 weeks and received nothing. Every time I contacted them they promised to update me which they never did. They just kept putting me off and making empty promises. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company to reverse the charges. I would never advise anyone to do business with this company.Review fromAdam P

I placed an order on January 30th, because I thought this looked cool. It was supposed to arrive on February 6th. It's now March 5th, still no order. They will send you the digital version, but you'll never receive the physical version. This company is a complete scam. I came here to leave a "1-star" rating, however they have the rating system turned off. Likely because all of the positive comments/posts by "customers" are fake. And then when you try to cancel you order they won't allow it because it's "custom". Complete scam. And I fell for it.Crown and Paw

1 starI ordered a blanket that was full of my dogs image. When the edit was sent to me for review it looked proper and all images are on the full blanket. I just received my product. The images are only on half the blanket and not even centered, the material is thin and cheap. No responses given from the customer support to refund my s*** product. 1 starPlaced an order a month or so ago. I sent in pictures and the edits were not good so I tried sending in revisions. The website kept getting stuck so I reached out to the company who told me to email them the new pictures. I did this immediately and did not receive a response until after my order was shipped. They told me they did not see the email and my order had already been shipped but I could reach out when I receive it to get a replacement. I reached out letting them know that I was not satisfied and wanted a replacement. They said to send a picture of it which I did. 1 starI put an order in for memorial pet photos on Jan 1, 2024. I have reached out several times and have only ever reached the automated system. It is July with no response. They did take my ****** in January. I am now out the money, out the memorial pet photos, and given up on the hopes of any resolution to the order. Copy of automated system (which is unhelpful with the "we will reach out to your email soon". 1 starMy first order a couple years ago went well. The 2nd however never arrived. Order was shipped on 12/4/2023. To date 12/28/2023 it has not arrived. Was shipped *** to be turned over to the ***** On 12/18/2023 the tracking showed the package sitting in ********** ** since 12/10/23. I called *** and they said to call the shipper and have them flag the order that there was a problem. Their response was what sounded auto-generated and they sent me the tracking info (which I already had). I have sent them several more inquiries asking them to flag the package. Many responses said, we contacted the carrier and it will arrive tomorrow. Well, tomorrow never came. 1 starMy first order with Crown and Paw and it has been a nightmare. They sent me an order number and when I try to access the order the website says the order does not exist. I have not been able to see the artwork to approve it and now they say the order has shipped. Each time I contact their customer service email a different person responds and obviously did not read the whole email to understand the issues. I see no alternative than to have my credit card company refuse payment. I wish I had looked up Crown & Paw before ordering.Review fromKristina M

1 starOrdered for guaranteed Christmas delivery on 12/10. Never responded to emails and sent out a general mass email assuring if you ordered by that specific date it was guaranteed to deliver by Christmas. Not only was that a lie, they refused to communicate with me blatantly ignoring my emails, which I had sent several. When I told them I no longer wanted the purchase because it hadn't been delivered for Christmas Eve and now was useless, they told me too bad because they just shipped it on 12/27 and now they won't give me a refund.
I have used crown and paw before and thought the work was alright enough to trust them with my Christmas order. The lack of accountability for their error is absolutely insane. I basically was communicating with bots and had $*** stolen from me. Also extra service charges from my bank because apparently this is a international transaction?
