    Placed order for a few products the brow product was out of stock so they canceled that part ,I paid extra for 2 day shipping 6 days later it still wasn't shipped so I canceled the entire order requested refund I've gotten a couple responses one confirmed my cancelation the other was a excuse as to why it was taking so long to process my refund every couple days I'd message asking about my refund nomore responses and of course never got my money back and because I used karma pay can't dispute the issue ....all of these online things are turning out to be scams 1 after another

    I ordered a product over a month ago. Never received the item, never received a tracking number, I have emailed them multiple times about this with no response! DONT SHOP HERE!! The only reason I gave 1 star is because you cant leave zero. Not mention they charged my card for the item then tried to charge me 3x for a different amount each time and I have only made 1 purchase! This is the worst company, and customer service! Save yourself the headache!

    THIS WEBSITE TRIED SCAMMING ME FOR A $5 purchase and then tried scamming me again for over $70!!!Never received a confirmation email with the tracking code or any receipt. I never got a refund either.

    Do not buy these products. If you dont like them, they make it impossible to return. They give no phone number to call. They make you email them. Then they keep putting you off saying they need more information several times. Then they stop communicating at all. This is a dishonest company. Dont even start doing business with them!! (*** in ********)

    Looks like I should have read reviews before ordering!!!......TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE as well as an absolute beyond words terrible communication system! My charge card was charged for an eyelash bundle I ordered & as others have commented, there's no phone number so I got the email address they deluge me with ads from & have emailed multiple times with att. customer service & received no response whatsoever! NEVER ORDERING from here again!!!

    If I could leave 0 stars I would. I cancelled my auto subscription and account after 2 weeks of product use when I didn't see results. Come to find, 2 months later, a charge on my card. This company doesn't have a phone number so I reached out to get a refund. They instructed me to return unopened package with "return to sender no duties written on it". I did as I was told on April 27th and the package was lost in transit. USPS was unable to help me with this issue because it doesn't have insurance attached to it and Forchics will not give me a refund for this lost package that is not my fault. Forchics told me they will not give a refund until they receive it back. The tracking number still says "forwarded" and no activity since April 27th. It is June 8th and I haven't heard back from them, going on 3 weeks now. I've left them 5 separate emails in the past 3 weeks and still no response. Now I'm out $55 with no products in my possession (that didn't even work in the first place). This business needs to be shut down for the horrendous "customer service". I could use that $55 on food right now.
