    The worst service I ever had. I ordered four pair of shoes only one ship one two got canceled. The third one said it was verified then it got canceled. You try to find out why you cant talk to no one. You dont get a complete answer. Its just horrible I will never order from the goat again.

    Poor customer service. NO one available to help you. We ordered shoes, it took weeks for them to verify. They sent us a picture of the box as it was damaged and asked how we wanted to proceed. We replied we would still like the shoes and did not care about the box. They instead cancelled our order, the same shoes are now listed on their site for 3x the price. They had already sold them to us, and then cancelled our order which we had been waiting for so they could price gauge someone else. ****** sells them for $110, so asking $321 is fraud!

    When I tried to return shoes because they were the wrong size they told me they were gonna issue a refund with a shipping fee and 15% fee but a few hours later they told me it was not possible anymore and the shoes were consigned to my account. When I asked why they said it was a system issue and cannot be fixed awful customer service and very shady

    Ordered a pair of $300 shoes from ********************** on April 18th, 2025 and the shoes never arrived. I emailed support three times regarding the issue and a representative replied back to just the first email.I will no longer order merchandise from GOAT delivery is unreliable and they don't offer direct customer service where the consumer can speak to a live support agent.I feel scammed!!

    How is this company still in business? They debited my account for some shoes and gave me an order number. 2 days later I received an email saying my payment declined and the order number no longer exists. Clearly it came out of my bank account and I can not get a response from anyone. So angry. this is 239 dollars and money don't grow on trees. Completely unhappy with this company. Zero stars! SCAM SCAM SCAM

    This company is a rip-off. They're trying to keep 15% to return a pair of shoes that i just received today. And never worn haven't even tried on. plus they will not return the $20 tax on the $300 pair of shoes, only offering $329 credit. I don't want the shoes. I don't want their credit. I want my money. This is such a sorry, rip-off business. I would advise not doing business with them. Take a look at all. The bad reviews how they have treated all of their customers. The list goes on and on terrible company. Bad business to treat your customers this way.

    Purchased a pair of shoes Dec 18 for my son. The wrong size came. We tried to return them, which took multiple steps with GOAT. At least a dozen pictures had to be submitted online before they would allow a return. Once approved we sent them back. They would not give a refund, only store credit, and they kept the money for processing and shipping. We received a confirmation as such. About a month later we attempted to use the credit. It failed. We inquired. They now claim the *** number did not match, which is a lie. We have the pictures to prove it. And they failed to send me this supposed mismatching SKU number, for obvious reasons -- it's not true. And now they are saying they will only resell them for me at yet another charge. This is insane. These people are just stealing money.

    I bought a pair of shoes that was supposed to be authentic and new and received were full of defects that ************************** claimed to be authentic and see no issues. The stitching were hanging out a few inches and the insoles looked like they were from another shoe altered to fit the ones I received to say the least.

    I'm a seller and just started selling on goat. I had surgery 2 days ago and the day after I was in recovery all day and post op. I listed shoes and sold 3. I went to sleep and didn't see I sold a 4th. By the time I woke up I saw a 4th sale had been canceled and my seller rate raised to 15%. I have tried to contact goat to no avail due to this being a misunderstanding and the concern that my consignment items will have to be shipped back and sales canceled at 15%. Help!! Every other platform has agents who help immediately! Very bad and expensive 1st time experience experience
