Brought a pair of ****** sneakers $300 on August ****** and today is August 20, 2024. The sneakers are falling apart and was only worn for a few hours less then a handful of days. I contacted GOAT and only wanted to give me a $15 credit!!!!! Unacceptable, unprofessional and unbelievable. Has no customer service number to contact them, only a chat service with a robot.Review from JA H

Bought a pair of sneaks for new condition and they still sent out a pair of sneakers with defects. That's not what I asked for, and they still had the audacity to send me defect sneakers. Unacceptable, do not get anything from this website they are not truthful and steal money.Review from Darlens I

I called in asking if I could cancel my order before the 3 hour time period expired and they said no n***** you should have known better. I was so shocked when I heard this and when I said excuse the phone operator respond with laughter you heard me boy now not only am I just sick to my stomach. This company is a scam. I sold a pair of shoes to goat they sent me a box and a lable to put them in *** lost the package and goat was paid by them for the shoes. I have sent them email after email you never get the same person and they just keep asking for documents to prove you had the shoes. There scamming *** because all the paperwork i sent them they could of not had to give to *** because the shoes didnt belong to themReview from Jnell U

Ordered a pair of shoes from this company and have yet to receive them. Its been weeks and I also paid $30 in priority processing to get them faster. They were already authorized and were to be sent directly to my home. However, as soon as they were dropped off by the seller to be shipped, they were immediately flagged by US customs in ***** as suspicious and fraudulent. And, thats where they have been stuck for weeks. I have reached out to the goat team and have had zero communication back from them. *** contacted them on ******* and all they tell me is they will email me with information. I have yet to get any response via email. I put a stop payment through my bank. They immediately opened a fraud case. I also opened a fraud case with ***** and they confirmed that this package is not what I was promised and purchased. This company is loose at best with its business practices and do not properly vet their sellers, prioritizing monetary gain over customer satisfaction. I paid nearly $400 for shoes that are probably fakes. Thank god for us customs doing their due diligence and knowing a scam and fraudulent merchandise. I am taking this further as well. This company and ALL of its accomplices/employees need to be brought up on federal crimes in which they are committing daily. They are running a scam operation and need shut down immediately. Buyer be extremely aware. This is not a business it is a front for scamming people. What company doesnt have a call center or customer service department?Review from Joanne F

I purchased a pair of sneakers with goat they were called Hoka they were $300 I don't have a complaint with the company in themselves it's with one of their employers her name is ***** what happen was the box was damaged the sneakers were fine so I sent her pictures of the boxe I was going to return them but then I kept them so she said that she would send me a $15 credit on the goat app she put me through h*** she wanted pictures of the sneakers for $15 credit so I sent her the pictures that she tells me she has to send it to the escalating Department for $15 and I spent $300 on sneakers that's ridiculous she was giving me the runaround and I think she should give me the $15 credit that she promisedReview from Afton W

I purchased from this company several times and had to pay for shipping for each item purchased. Several times my order was cancelled because the verification process of the item being purchased was not quality standards. Recently, I sold something on alias and when going through the verification process they claimed the item was used. When you view my GOAT account you can see that I ordered all items directly from the website and that multiples were ordered because sizing was challenging. I sent the items being sold in the condition it was sent to me, with tags and authenticity papers. The customer service when emailing support does not respond promptly and is not receptive to resolving the issue. They are trying to charge me money to send my already purchased item back to me because it did not pass verification. I will never purchase from this company again.Review from Antonino B

I purchased a pair of Yeezy 500 Blush (2024) from GOAT. I started my overall history of purchasing with GOAT back in March of 2023. For the past year & a half, I purchased ********************************************************************* problems, Until recently.I received this item around a week ago and I tried the shoes on inside of my home. I only take a few steps in them and put them right back in the box because the shoes did not fit properly, so I decided to send them back and size up. When GOAT received and inspected my return, one of their specialists claimed that I scuff the shoes and made markings on the bottom which they basically told me that the shoes were worn and not in the same condition. I have a great history with all my returns to GOAT and never had an issue like this before. Now Im forced to put my shoes on consignment according to their rules or have them sent back to **** refuse to choose the Options that they are giving me and I would like the credit to go back to my GOAT account. I sent out another request to escalate the ticket to be looked into by a supervisor and they sided with the specialist of theirs and of course not me, even though Im the customer and the customer is always RIGHT. Why would I purposely mark up shoes that dont fit me correctly? It doesnt make sense. I demand that I receive my GOAT credit back to my account or I will have no choice but to fight GOAT under legal action for my $400 shoes. I hope this can get resolved before they receive a letter from my legal team.Review from Terianna L

I bought some shoes for my son back In January on my account. He can no longer fit them he is a teen and still growing so he can no longer fit them. So this month try to resell them on his account and they tell him the shoes not real. If the shoes not real how was I able to purchase them. I want my money back. And they claim have to pay to have the shoes returned to me. Just give me my money back for selling me fake shoes.
