    I bought a watch from them and after wearing it for a few months the band broke off the main body of the watch. I sent them photos of the watch and the broken pin that was holding it together. They got back to me the very next day offered me a new watch if I paid a $10 shipping fee. I thought that was reasonable so I told them to go ahead with the transaction. After that I never heard from them again and that was 2 weeks ago. I've emailed them countless times for them to arrange payment of the shipping fee and they have never responded.

    I ordered a 2mm 18in Moissanite Diamond Tennis Chain. The package came about 10 days later. The Chain was clearly, visibly defected, kinked, damaged. Wouldn't lay flat on the neck bcz several rings that connect the tennis ***** were molted together, so they couldn't move independently. Causing a bow in the necklace. I emailed them, **** said send pics. Which I did as evidence and they ghosted me after that. Be Aware! Don't buy from this site, it's a SCAM!

    I ordered a custom order pendant that was supposed to say "*******" but instead it got one that said "*******". Their customer service number doesn't work. Seems like "Iris" is their only *** handling emails. **** told me it is "clearly an *********** are no refunds" (its clearly NOT an F) then ignored my response to speak to someone else. All their reviews are fake as I left a review on their website and it was never posted with a picture of the pendant. You look at reviews off their website and you see they are lying.

    Order never received. I keep sending emails requesting an update on delivery. I did receive one reply. The site claims they ship in 4-6 days!!! Not true. They take your money immediately and run. Next step in reporting them to my credit card company for fraud. Save yourself a lot of grief and money and buy your jewelry with a reputable company

    These 5 star reviews are all fake. I ordered 4 items totaling $113 and they all look cheaper than what you find on Temu. Even though the website said you can return within 30 days, however, when I tried to return them, they told me that I cannot because their return address is in ***** and I would have to pay $50 shipping PLUS custom fees and extra. They suggested that I keep it and offered an $18 coupon to use towards ANOTHER item. If I did not like the first item, why would I want to purchase another. Your return policy on your website is fake. This is fraud. Everyone should know that they can not return once they've purchased even though your return policy states that we have 30 days to return. I will be reporting to BBB.

    **DON"T BUY from this company** They are a *************** not based in **, customer service is horrible, if they send you defective items your out the money. I ordered 2 Lion Pendants for some necklaces I own and both were defective. The loop was so small no necklace go pass through to wear. They even sent a free chain and that one wouldn't pass through either. When I contacted support, they wanted pics which I sent and requested a full refund and a label to return their item The refused to send a label even for defective items and offered me only $10 refund out of an $80 purchase with 40% off next purchase. This company is a scam and their products are poor quality.

    Do not order from them , I ordered an iced out watch finally recieved it from some 3rd world country , opened it up and it was missing several stones sent an email they told me sometimes that happens in the mail , funny no loose stones in the box , then they told me it'd be really expensive for me to mail it back that I should keep it and they'd give me 15 percent off my next order , there won't be any next order, save yourself the money don't buy from here

    This place is a joke they sent me these cheap a** pendants for my son and moms ashs I literally messaged them immediately and told them I was not happy with the order and I would like to return it and theyve just been beating around the **** for the past three days instead of sending me a shipping label so I can return this place is a scam I WOULD NEVER order anything from them again!!!

    I would give this company negative stars if I could. They provide the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I had this feeling from the beginning that I shouldn't have ordered from them. But my son wanted a pair of shorts from here so I tried them. I accidentally ordered 3 pair of the same shorts from here at different times. I was so preoccupied during Christmas that I hadn't realized it. One pair, which was a size large, never got shipped out so they were able to cancel the order. They refunded that pair for $38.99. However, the other two pair, both size medium, were shipped out to me. They were too small for my son so I've been trying to return them. That would be a total of $77.98 for both pair. Helloice will not refund me for the full price. They are saying they can only give me $15 for both pair! They claim it's too expensive to ship the shorts back so they will not give me the $77.98 for both shorts. All I want is to get a full refund for both pair of shorts because it's too much of a hassle to return one and exchange the other for a size large. If you're reading this review, do not purchase from the company! Or if you do, make sure you don't have to do a return.
