      *** was very helpful and easy to work with. She gave us all the information we asked for and gave us space to make our decisions. No hard sell on anything. It was a very easy process to pick out pieces we needed. Excited to see what they look like in our home.

      We purchased a JoyBird daybed for our new Chicago home. It was delivered on June 14th, 2024. Within the first 2 weeks, I knew we had made a poor purchase decision. It is now August 8, 2024 and the furniture appears worn as if we have had it for years. The fabric is permanently puckered where we sit on it, the sewing and overall quality makes it look cheap. This was to be the showpiece of our living space. I am deeply disappointed and fully regret our decision to purchase this furniture. This is by far the worst purchase I've ever made and is far from a quality product.

      Buyer beware. I spent $2500 for bedroom furniture through ***************. The metal on my bed frame broke off of the wood within 3 months. They responded that they couldnt do anything for me because it wasnt in the warranty. I wish I could share photos because you can obviously tell this wasnt my fault. The ironic part is that this beautiful bed frame was on sale and I can assure you it was because others claimed the same issue. They knew this would happen before they sold it to me! This was the most I have ever spent on bedroom furniture at one time, only for it to break three months later. Buyer beware! Do not spend your money with this company!

      Absolutely disgusted with my purchase. First off, they delivered the wrong colored ottoman. Secondly, every single piece was damaged, misshapen, cut fabric....the list goes on. The first thing they did is send out a "tech" to "repair" one of the indented pieces. He shoved so much foam into it that the fabric it is now lumpy and bursting at the seams. It took him one hour to just do more damage. I have 6 pieces that need to be fixed. Then, it took over a month for them to replace the ottoman with the correct color and once it was replaced, it arrived with a cut in the fabric at the base and also on the cushion. I have been dealing with this since May. I spent over $5,000 on the sectional and all Joybird has been doing is telling me to return the product for a refund because it's handmade, I should "expect" that it looks like it was actually handmade by someone who doesn't know what they are doing. The most they offered is a partial refund of $505 (very specific). Then offered to remake two of the pieces in addition to the refund. Now they are going back on their word. I have sent COUNTLESS photos and have been incredibly patient. All I want is a sofa that reflects the quality they claim. Who drops $5k on a sofa and accepts that it's delivered misshapen, damaged, incorrect, loose strings all over the place...No way this thing would last even 3 years. Disgusting. Do not purchase from Joybird, they are now owned by ******** and that much is very CLEAR. Their customer services is not helpful at all. If I return this piece, they will still sell it on the salesfloor for a profit. All I have been asking is for them to give me a bigger partial refund and remake the pieces that are damaged from their shoddy work.

      I am having a horrible experience with Joybird. We paid for living room furniture on May 25, 2024. After waiting for some time, there was an estimate on their website that delivery would be in early July (a long wait). Those dates simply passed, and the delivery estimate moved to later July. We never got a call from a local delivery service, even though the Joybird website stated we would.We finally got a very confusing email from a local delivery company long after the original delivery dates. The delivery company email stated that customers cannot choose any delivery windows and that we will get an email stating when the delivery will be without any input from us. When I replied to the email, they stated that we can pick a day for delivery. However, when I gave them a day, they refused it; they also refused a second one. Finally they had a day available 2 further weeks out. However, no delivery windows were possible and the delivery time would be between 7am and 8pm. There is no way to choose a window of any sort other than from 7am and 8pm. I tried to explain that I'm attorney and have court hearings that cannot be cancelled last minute so I can't be available all day from 7am to 8pm. They said that it doesn't matter what my work is, that either I accept delivery or not. This is all despite the fact that we paid Joybird thousands of dollars months ago and were not informed of this type of unworkable and inconsiderate delivery rule. I tried calling Joybird customer service and got an extremely rude customer service representative, *********, and then an even ***** customer service manager, Breeana. The manager didn't even bother to hear my concerns but instead just angrily and rudely spoke over me for a long period of time telling me that they will not do anything to help me, giving me an intense headache. She did not offer to help in any way, nor did the representative. This company seems to spend their money on flashy marketing and not on customers.
