    I ordered a duvet cover and bed skirt on 11/30 and they sent a *** label 12/13 and they still haven't given the package to *** and have not responded to my three emails or my calls. I am using affirm.

    My daughter and I purchased 2 pillowcases and a duvet cover from this company 3 months ago. After 6 weeks from order date and numerous calls and emails, the company sent the pillowcases and promised to send the duvet. When 6 more weeks went by without the duvet, I called the company using a different phone number (they had refused to answer my daughters calls), they answered. I explained the situation and was told that it was obviously their mistake and they would have someone call me the next day - that was last week. I left another phone message and still have not heard anything from them. Unfortunately a debit card was used for this purchase so I cant dispute it that way. This is a terribly run, dishonest company.

    I bought a set of sheets on 4/9/24 and was told they would ship them out soon in an email I received from them on 4/16/24. In early May, I still heard nothing so I reached out to support via email and received no response. I followed up twice and was given no reply. I then reached out to their social media page twice before receiving a response on the third time. It's now been over a week since they replied and they have left me open. I am very upset. I'm fine with it taking a month or so to ship the product but the lack of communication and customer service (all while they're still being active on social and the website) is absurd. Just let me know! All I wanted was an answer. My order number is ***** and is still marked as unfulfilled on the website. I want my sheets and a full refund. As a business owner myself, I would never conduct a business this way. Will never be ordering from this company again.

    I placed an order (#***** and *****) on March 18, 2024 for 2 items totaling $194.50. When I did not receive my order after 3 weeks, I reached out 3 times to get information before I finally heard from them. They said last Friday that I would get a tracking number on Monday April 8, 2024. I received nothing from them on Monday so I contacted them again asking for full refund. It is now April 12, 2024 and I have still heard nothing from this company. After reading the other complaints and my own experience, I do not trust this company. I want a full refund.

    I made an order in December 12, 2023. I emailed the company 4 times between December 16, 2023 and January 14, **** on the status and called on December 29, 2023. I was told it would ship by January 5,****, but this never happened. I have received no response from my emails. However they charged me immediately upon my order. I think this company is a scam.

    I am rejecting this response because: no apology, no explanation as to why there was a delay in shipping or a lack of communication. This is not good customer service and the only reason I got a response was because I turned them into the BBB.  Ill gladly start the return process as I do not want to be a customer of such a disrespectful business.

    I placed an order from Linen Salvage on 11/30/2023 for $426.40, a duvet, pillowcases and sheets. I received an email confirming my order and money was taken from my account. On 12/05/2023 I received an email indicating that my order was shipped and included tracking information. When I clicked the tracking, it indicated that *** was awaiting the package. I then received an email that because of the overwhelming number of orders, they were experiencing delays. I sent several emails via their website and never heard a word. The order was a Christmas gift for my daughter and clearly wasnt coming in time. I finally was able to speak with someone on 1/12/2024 who apologized and said she would send via 2 day shipping and that if I didnt receive tracking information to call back. I didnt receive any information and tried calling and left a messages asking for a response and resolution. I also sent emails and have received no response. I am extremely frustrated and feel like I have been extremely patient and given them the benefit of the doubt. The most disappointing part is that this was a gift that my daughter picked out and she never received. I really wanted to support a small business as well.

    I made a purchase in November 2023. It was immediately debited from my account and I was sent an email telling me when it would be shipped never received anything. I spoke to the owner and was told it would be sent out last Thursday..still waiting after 3 voicemails, two emailsno response

    Original 9/23/23 order for $538 for a duvet cover and two pillow cases arrived 10/7/23 and looked nothing like the online photos. Had an extensive email conversation with *** *****, followed by a phone conversation. She said to ship them back and she'd need 3 days to ship the new set. Package was delivered back to her 10/16/23 (at my own cost) and was never acknowledged by her. Follow up emails went unanswered. On 11/14/23 I called the number she originally called me from and she picked up and processed the return and new shipment. She said the replacement set would go out the following week of 11/19/23. No package has been received, no emails have been returned, she did not pick up the phone when I called before leaving this complaint, and her own tracking says the package was never shipped. Seven weeks for a transaction she required 3 days for is theft at this point.

    Customer received approval to return merchandise. To date, we have not received back the original merchandise back, and notified customer no return received. 

    Customer contacted UPS and was unable to obtain proof of delivery which shows it was delivered to an unknown address in California ,not to us.

    We requested POD from customer , she is unable to provide. We are happy to provide replacement ,but unable to do without original merchandise being received.

    We look forward to customer providing information so we can process her refund or replacement accordingly.

    I am rejecting this response because my return was already accepted by *** ***** over the phone in November and the replacements already approved. I have the confirmation of this, which I have attached. This is a company with a mountain of very similar complaints against it. They don't acknowledge receiving orders for a full week. Nothing is shipped on time. Pictures of the products don't represent what you actually receive. Non-responsive over email. And yet I'm supposed to believe that they are to be trusted to have an airtight returns processing system when I ensured a package with USPS for $500? Absolutely not. *** ****** * *** ***** *** **** **** ***** *** *** ******* ********* *** ******* ********** ** *** ************* **** **. But at the same time, she said her team did not respond to me because they knew that she was handling it. Does this make sense to anyone? She waited until beyond 90 days to claim that she didn't receive the package, at which point the receipt could not be reproduced by the post office. There is nothing honest about **** ******** ******

    I purchase a blue velvet throw May 14, 2023. I received 3 notices that it was coming. I emailed them many many times. I called many times. I text them with no response. I finally contacted **************** to contact them or get a refund. They sided with me and gave me a refund but the sale was processed through Affirm. Affirm started contacting me to pay them. They said they paid Linen Salvage and I would have to get the refund from them. I tried to contact Linen Salvage over and over with no response. Affirm turned my account over to a collection agency. They want the $399. That they paid Linen Salvage. My credit is being ruined over a debit that I paid but did not receive the merchandise.

    I ordered a new set of sheets and duvet on 8/16/2023. It took a long time but I did receive the duvet cover on Sept. 20th, 2023. There was communication from Linen Salvage frequently.My order number with Linen Salvage Et Cie is #*****. I ordered Perfect Poplin Sheet Collection *************** This part of my order has not arrived. And I would like them, if the item is still available.I have emailed and called the company with no response, and no update to my partially filled order. Hopefully you can reach a solution.
