    One of my supporting documents that I have attached has my entire description of the situation. It includes better detail. It's titled Lipomarts Claim Reason.The crux is that I ordered a sweatshirt from Lipomarts that is advertised on their site to be a **** branded, *** licensed, fleece sweatshirt. It is none of those things. They copied a picture from an *** website and put it on their website and passed it off as the product they are selling. Prior to them sending me the sweatshirt, I tried to cancel the order. They told me that I was too late. I filed a dispute with my bank to keep them from sending me the sweatshirt, but they did it anyway. I tried to return it using the instructions from their website. They didn't accept it and told the post office to return to sender.Lipomarts lists nearly every excuse someone could return an item to them as a reason they will not issue a refund. It's ridiculous. When you sell clothing online, people will want to return items for a variety of reasons. They have completely insulated themselves from allowing returns.Please read my attached document that contains better detail.

    Transaction date: 10/14/2024 Amount: $118.26 *********** to ****** **** *** ****** *NGUYENTIENA Product: two (2) custom jerseys Your Transaction ID:4YA25636RA108850M Merchant Transaction ************************************* order #******* **** tracking: ************************** I have reached out to the seller four times through email and have received three confusing and contradictory replies, including a note that the items have shipped but that **** is slow in updating the tracking information, a new link to a supposedly different tracking number that, when followed, took me to the original tracking page/number, and a subsequent email saying the items were still being produced despite having told me the week before that the products had already shipped. The seller has not responded to my fourth email questioning the validity of the business. In case its relevant, the tracking information show that the items would have shipped from *********, ********, not **********.

    I placed a order with these ppl call lipomarts every time I email them asking well is my order suppose to be on its way but I can the **** service they told me to get in touch with the ship so I call the Woodridge IL **** company I was told that my package was with habitat parcel ebusiness international its been there since3 ******* Sept 28 and now today is October 10 so i tried to get in touch with lipomarts again they still telling me my package r order is on the way that's all I get I've been ask for a refund I even ask them to make me another and I been asking to speak with there supervisor nothing

    I ordered a jersey 20 days ago and paid extra to have it shipped within 10 days. I have not heard from them!I tried to contact them but they wouldnt answer!

    I purchased two online jerseys September 3. I ordered expedited shipping. I have been continuing to reach out to customer service and theres been no response nor is there a clear way to contact customer service.

    I ordered a ******************** and when it came it didn't fit me. I contacted customer service and they asked me to take measurements of the Jersey and send it to them. Then they insisted I didn't measure right. I asked if I could exchange this Jersey for a bigger jersey but they're still insisting that I take the correct measurements. If this was a legitimate business they would have had no problems receiving the jersey that was too small and giving me another one that fit better. They're still insisting that I take measurements and give them pictures I did that three times but they're still insisting. I'm starting to think this is not a legitimate business and put a dispute on the transaction on my credit card.

    On April 23, 20** I placed an order on Lipomarts for a basketball jersey named:Youth ****** ********************* #** Gold RIP Youth Jersey.I purchased a Medium size. When I received the order on May 4th, 20** the jersey came in an incorrect size, a Mens Medium. I then reached out to the customer service department with the issue. They strangely asked me to take pictures with tape measure to confirm the size that I received. After satisfying that requirement of sending pictures, they refused to refund or exchange the jersey for a different/correct size because they cited the reason as my fault for choosing an incorrect size.Not once did they offer me an exchange or a refund on this item. Now I am stuck with a jersey that is the wrong size that they are u willing to exchange or return.

    I have attached all emails. I have pictures of what I got compared to what was portrayed on website. I could not get them to download. I can send by email. In the emails it states they sent it to me 3 different dates and times with same address. I sent back to return address in email and item was returned no such address. I just want my money back after all the frustration I withstood. And after all of this they tried calling me a liar. No where does it say they are "knock offs". I also went back to website and image had been taken off website. Please review and help me.

    I helped grandma order this Jersey for my son for his birthday. She paid an extra $20 to *************** delivery so it would be on time. It came the day before. He wore it tye next day (March 22nd). 8 washed it on the 23rd on gentle and cold water and I air dry all our jerseys. The first time the super bowl logo and all tiger stripes came off in the washing machine. I emailed for a replacement and was told they could only return it if it was unused and in the original packaging. They offered 15% off my next purchase. Sorry I won't be doing business with you again. They continued on about how I may have washed it or dried it incorrect. They sent me a link to their return policy. I dont remember ever seeing this when checking out. I looked up the return address to ship the product to and it is a house in ***********??????I looked them up here. Many others had shipping or wrong size concerns too. I definitely believe the emails are automated responses. I asked for a number of someone to call. They said they don't have a number???? What kind of business doesn't have a customer service number?I just want my 9 year old to be able to wear his jersey.And....when I looked at the receipt that was sent when purchased, it says ******* paid with PayPal. She doesn't have paypal!SCAMMER!!!!!

    I ordered a women's small jersey and received a child's shirt. I cannot get my arms in it. They have said it is my fault. I am 58 years old and know my size. The quality is poor too day the least.
