    ***** w all thats said- this company is a scam. They will send you a mid-sized dress that is not in accordance to the sizing chart and will not offer any refund or exchange. They also put a strap on the clothes thats impossible to try on w/o cutting it and have a disclaimer that if its tampered w, its yours. Its all a SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY, DO NOT TRUST!

    This company is a complete scam! Do not purchase from them! They prey on teenage girls who want to buy dresses online for school dances. My daughter ordered 2 dresses for a total of $140. The dresses are WAY off on sizing. Complete junk quality too! When we contacted customer service about doing a return, they said its not their policy to accept returns for incorrect sizing. How does an online clothing company not allow returns for sizing when you cant try the clothing on? And their sizing is not even accurate. This company needs to be shut down.

    0 stars. Poor quality honestly, but also, no return policy. Only exchanges for more poor quality items. The worse shopping experience I've ever had with my daughter. I see why it's not BBB accredited.

    No true refund policy. Store credit only. This includes a dress that does not fit the way it should. We made the mistake of buying from Lucy in the Sky without first checking the reviews. Stay away from this place.

    My experience was terrible! The return policy is not clear as it states they will give a full refund but then later goes on the refund is only for faulty items. I ordered 4 dresses. I took measurements and compared to size chart. However, all dresses were too tight and short. One dress the sleeves were longer than my daughters hands and another dress had straps that fall of the shoulders (not suppose to). Additionally, one dress was see-through. I would consider these circumstances faulty and poor quality. I have contacted customer service numerous times before writing this review and they were not flexible at all. I will not purchase from them again.

    ******** company! Does not allow any returns for credit or otherwise. Dress tried on once. Sent back ordered another size. No credit for returned dress. Stay away do not do business with them.

    Do not buy!! Poor quality. Dress ripped within first 30 minutes of wear and my daughter almost didnt go to her first dance! **************** response was poor.
