I purchased a jacket Sept 28 2024 it was supposed to ship out between 11/15-12/5. It never shipped out I have sent numerous emails regarding this issue and never received a response I did see this same item supposedly to ship out by March 26. I sent out a email about seeing the same item supposedly shipping out hoping to possibly get tracking information but still not a response and now this site is down. The gift card portion was given because of an issue with a previous order because an item didnt ship out. At this point I would like a full refund. I feel like when Im given a gift card it just turns into another issue/problem with another order. This is entirely too long to wait for an item or a response.Initial Complaint

I bought a dress for $135 from the Shop ****** Lynell website and promptly returned it because it didnt fit. I never received my gift card so I reached out to which the Nichole Lynell team sent it me a digital gift card to my email. A few months later I attempted to use my gift card and it didnt work. So I reached out again. When I reached out the second time, me and the Nichole Lynell team were corresponding and trying to figure out the problem. The last email I got from the Nichole Lynell team was them asking me what my order number was. When I responded their email no longer worked and my emails kept bouncing back. I then went to the site and the NicoleLynell site is down and their email is no longer working and I never received $135 gift card.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on 12/2 with a ship date of 12/15- 12/20. That date came and went I have sent numerous emails. All they give me are apologies and was even told that I would get a refund because of the delay. Here we are I March and I have no merchandise and no refund. All I want is my money back. I placed an order on February 7th 2025 for a dress that was a "ready to ship" item, which means it should have shipped within a few days. Today March 6th, 2025 I have yet to receive anything. I started by email **'s company and my emails started to be rejected stating they are undeliverable by ******. This has happend 4 times. I then started to sent customer service messages though the website and no one has responded. I sent messages on social media and I have left comments in the comment section of her post on all of her pages. She even has the audacity to post "everything must go" videos showing all of the things she has in stock. It appears that she is opening a new business called "The Edit" and even the customer service button on the new website doesn't work. Still no one has responded. I would dispute the charges with my bank, but I used a giftcard for my purchase so it's just money gone. She listerally just stole my money! I'm so disappointed in the business as I've order from NL before last year and had no issues.Initial Complaint

On November 15, 2024 I purchased a white knit pant suit form this business in the amount of $97.30. Order #. About 12/29/2024, I contacted the business about my missing purchase. On January 29, 2025 I told whomever in a return email, I'm willing to 5ake store credit because they do not issue refunds. Again they said they would get back to me. I've reached out on February 5,11, 13, 14, 20, 2025. On February 25, 2025 I received an email stating again, they will get back to me. I have tried to resolve the issue with my card issuer, but was told it's past 60 days and they would not be able to help. I've tried to resolve through the business itself.Initial Complaint

I purchased an item on October 29th, 2024 and I have yet to receive it. I have reached out to the company multiple times and there has not been a resolution. Ive even requested to be refunded my money and that has not occurred to date.I placed another order on December 4th, 2024 which included 2 items. After reaching out to the company multiple times, the order was delivered on January 23, 2025. One of the items was not what I ordered (color of item). After reaching out to the company multiple times again regarding their error, I was asked to return the item and that I would be given a store credit instead. I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for years, but my past order has been an unacceptable experience. On November 26, 2025, I purchased the following items:Find Your Way | Pant Set (Preorder: Ships 1/5-1/20)Cold Weather Blues | Jacket Elf On A Shelf | Pant Set NL Shipping Warranty Despite my patience and repeated follow-ups, my order remains unfulfilled well past the preorder deadline. I chose to wait for the entire order rather than pay the $15 split fee, yet I have received no updates. After being told to allow an additional two weeks, that timeframe has also passed, and I have since received no response.Due to the ongoing delays and lack of communication, I am requesting a full refund. I have escalated this issue to Klarna, who is awaiting a response from the seller, but I am concerned about further delays. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB, as this experience does not reflect the trust and reputation Nichole Lynel once upheld.I hope this matter can be resolved promptly, but this experience has made me reconsider future purchases. I placed an order on November 29, 2024. I was advised that one of the items in my order was a pre-ordered item and would not ship until December 20. I was OK with waiting but December 20 came and went, and I still have not received anything. I started milking for *** update on 12/27/24 and my last email was today. I have contacted this company multiple times for a status update and Im only getting apologies. I paid for items that I have yet to receive. If I cannot get my order I would like my full refund. I understand their policy says no refund, but they did not hold up their end and took my money and shipped nothing.
