    Don't even waste your time ordering from this place...they will take your money and never send you anything...then if you cancel they only try to send you $8...this place should be shut down,All they are going to do is give you the run around!

    If I could leave no stars I would. This is absolutely the worst product I have ever purchased. I ordered the "leather recipe book as a keepsake for my girlfriend for her birthday. When it arrived i couldn't believe the poor quality. You could honestly buy better at the dollar store, not to mention it took 6 weeks to arrive. Do not buy anything from this place, you will be extremely disappointed.

    I never received my order, even after MULTIPLE emails back and forth with ****. **** agreed to refund me when I cancelled, however she only refunded me $1.68.

    It took over two months to get our order. The item was made incorrectly and their display made it look as though the "people pieces" are metal. THEY'RE NOT, they're cheap plastic. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. That's $65 I flushed down the toilet. So far, they've not answered my email to their customer service address.

    If I could give a negative star I would. Ordered the soulmate magnetic heart. Provided the initials I wanted. Order came with the wrong initials. Customer support is absolutely no help. Only offered bare minimum back. No effort in actually helping or replacing. Just a sorry you're not satisfied. Stay away from this company at all costs

    What a total scam, they refuse to answer any messages, the product we received 2 weeks late is total garbage, looks like something from a gumball machine, we have been ripped off!

    I ordered a Christmas present for my daughter. It got delivered and it was broken. It was not packaged correctly. I have been fighting for 3 weeks to get my money back. They refuse to refund my money stating I can fix it myself. There are chunks missing from it. Terrible company.

    I paid so much money for a sweet mother's Day gift for my momma...total c*** Framed chipped, picture badly off center, half the size I ordered. *************. Based on reviews I'm currently reading, not even gonna try for a refund
