The item I received(2+ months after order) was total c*** You can barely read the names or see the designs. I have pictures to show that it was not the same quality I ordered. I can send photos to you if needed. They will be submitted on ****** reviews as well. This is ridiculous.Review from Kas B

Do not buy from them. They give excuse after excuse for why your order has not been shipped in the stated (and paid extra for) time frame. And if you try to cancel, they will not give you a full refund. This "business" should be shut down. It is bordering on a scam. I wish there was a way to cancel my order and get a full refund. I can't believe how they operate is even legal.Review from Brenda E

The sizes are not true to size. They are about 2 sizes smaller. I reordered a larger size. I PAID $25 FOR EXPIDITED SHIPPING. Have gotten several emails asking if Ive gotten my shipment yet. The answer is NO. I seem to be getting the runaround. They finally gave me a $10 refund on shipping and still HAVE NO IDEA WHEN IM GOING TO GET IT! Worst service ever.I ordered something for my wedding anniversary weeks in advance even paid for expedited shipping and it is now 4 days before my anniversary and my item hasnt even been shipped. This company is a complete scam and the are just a bunch of liarsReview from Michael N

Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. The package arrived 3 weeks late beyond the promised 5-14 days.Package was international and wasnt packaged to ensure nothing break. Glass and frame was cracked and broken. Requested refund. Told me I had to send it back in order to get a refund. But coronavirus might make it so they wouldnt get it. Do not, I repeat do not use this company!Review from Maxine P

I need my money back. I order from them 2 months ago and if finally arrive just for it to crumble to pieces as soon as I opened it. This is bad company and I feel they are not worthy being in service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Feel like I been scammed.Review from Carmen U

I really do wish I had of visited this Review Section before placing my order. I place it on April 21, 2024 in hopes of getting my order by Mother's Day. This coming Sunday will be Father's ***** Still NO ORDER!!!!! I did send in a complaint E-mail message, only to get a reply stating that they are behind on they're orders, please be patient. I'm so afraid now that after reading all of the Reviews here, that my product (if I ever receive it) will be "CRAP"!!!!! AMReview from Hillary K

I ordered a photo album for my best friend's husband who passed away in March 2024. I also ordered expedited shipping. It is June 9th and I have received excuse after excuse and NO album. How incredibly embarrassing. I told my best friend that I ordered the album so that she could fill it with memories. But in the end, I have given her nothing! In fact, I probably added to her grief.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! They should be shut down. I truly think they deserve zero stars.I cannot believe they are in business. Absolutely horrible. **************** is extremely delayed. They don't read the messages half the time. They tell me my order has been delivered a month later but the product was never delivered. It's missing. They only offered to pay for the shipping which is pathetic considering I paid about $65 for it and shipping was $7.
