    I have tried to return the product that was sent to me without my knowledge. I have four containers of this product. It has been so long I dont remember if I was charged. I still have the product to send back, but I cant get a return authorization from them.

    Purchased Smilz Gummies on September 6, 2023, never received the order, the phone number advertised on the web site does not work and they do not respond to emails. I just want my money returned

    This was ordered by mistake after ordered 2 minutes later we called to cancel order. They would not cancel order. We received product and returned it. I tried for 6 weeks to call and email . Phone number just answered and told you office hours no chance to leave message. Email same thing no response. Then one day I got a email telling me the would refund money.. but it would take 10 days after 10 days I asked about refund was then told it would take 20 days. I waited 30 days and ask about refund. I was then told it had been returned 30 days ago. I have worked with bank and they have not received it. Why tell me 10 days then 20 days then tell me it was refunded the first day. The payment went thru ****** and my bank marked it as fraud and cancelled card. Could you help get back my ****** from them. As we are seniors and live on a limited income. Any help would be appreciated.

    I had originally ordered 3 bottles of Smilz gummies. We found no benefit and never wanted them again.. Feb.11 I received 5 bottles!!There were sent without authorization and charged to my credit cardI tried numerous times to contact Smilz, the Limitless * *********** on their shipping label and also ************ *** on their packing slip..finally heard from Smilz via email and they want me to ship back product and pay a 20% restocking fee!! How dare they I thought they also had a 100% return policy.A very dishonest company in my opinion!

    I have tried to contact about returning my goketo gummies but every phone number seems to not be a working number. I ordered 3 bottles of gummies and was supposed to get 2 bottles free but I was charged for all 5 bottles.Their ad said there was no subscription but checking out other complaints I found that they were continuing to send other customers bottles every month and charging them

    I ordered an initial 6 months of product in October 2022. In January *********************************************************** another 6 months supply of product. I didn't order this nor did I want it, besides the fact that it had only been 3 months. I tried reaching out to the company and was unable to get in touch with anyone in customer service. I've phoned and emailed with no response. I returned the unopened bag on January 19th 2023. I haven't heard from the company nor has my charge account been credited. I am worried that this company will not only refuse a refund but in 3 months try to charge me again. What are my options if I can't get any response from the company?

    The business emailed me yesterday that an order was received for smilz gummies on 2/14/2023 for $213.70 and I did not order these gummies. I contacted the number on the invoice and they offered to send me 2 free bottles but refused to allow me to return the bottle that I didnt order. I asked how it was ordered and the representative stated that I subscribed in February of 2021. I explained that I had ordered one bottle, and that no where stated any type of contract or subscription. I asked to speak to a supervisor because she said that they would only refund the money after receiving the product, and would charge a 20% restocking fee. I explained that that scenario did not make sense. If they were offering to send me 2 free bottles- just keep those and cancel/refund because I did not order any product. After discussing with her supervisor (on hold) she came back and stated that I would only need to pay return shipping. She could not, however, email me any proof of this conversation. I am waiting for the shipment to arrive, and will return that same day. If there is no refund legal action will be sought.

    I originally purchased Smilz gummies on August 3rd 2022. I got the shipment in about one week tried the product but saw no change with blood pressure at all. When I. Originally called the person said to try the gummies for ***** days and if not happy you can send the remaining bottles back for refund. Since I tried the gummies and saw no change I said it was an expensive ****** learned for ****** and ******.I gave my credit card number and the three digit code over the phone to pay for the merchandise. Three months later on November 3rd 2022 I received another shipment of gummies. Without my consent or authorization. I sent. Back the gummies I never ordered by **** on Nov 23rd and received and signed for. I just want my ****** removed from my c/c. That they charged without my permission. I had too cancel my card and order a new one so this company cannot continue to charge my account.All I want is ****** be removed from my card, and have nothing to do with this company again.Let me know if you need additional info.

    My complaint is like others I sm reading. I thought I ordered a one time shipment to try the product but I seem to be on an automatic refill. When I called after the first shipment was told I had to wait ***** days. After that no one answers the phone . I cannot find a valid phone number or email. I just received a second shipment and sm sending it back but from what I have read this will do nothing so I sm going to freeze my credit card and chalk it up to an expensive ****** learned. This company is a total scam and they need to be stopped.
