      Im owed $4500 worth of merchandise by one of the vendors on the site and NTWRK does nothing about it. They wont answer any emails or inquiries. This is the biggest scam platform Ive seen in some time. I know dozens of people who have been scammed on this site.

      I ordered an item of clothing from Complex Shop, an entity of NTWRK. There was a delay in shipping and they said it would be shipped no later than 10/4, I emailed on 10/9 asking where my item was and received no response. I want a refund immediately.

      I bought 6 items from the site and all of them were fake replica items. I sent the items back and they still will not refund me my money. It takes weeks for them to return an email. I keep getting the run around. no refund and no customer service.

      I bought shoes on one of their live auctions. The auction host misrepresented the value of the shoes, and failed to disclose that they all had damaged boxes, and are actually labeled as "Not Suitable for Sale! They also charged me $80 to ship me 4 pairs of shoes in one box. I tried several times to contact them but they refused to accept a return.

      I bought a pair of shoes on the NTWRK app. It was in mid November of 2023 because I wanted them for a gift for Christmas. There was a ships within 2-3 business days guarantee, so I thought that was plenty of time to get them in time for Christmas. These shoes were over $300 but they were some limited edition Nikes so I thought it was to be expected. I checked my order status several times for a couple of weeks. There was a Q&A saying that maybe they hadnt shipped because it was the holidays and it takes longer to process and so on. So I waited. I then reached out to the customer service department and they sent me an email, several days later I might add, that they were investigating the order and would reply to me as soon as they found something out. I waited several days with no reply, so I sent another email. This went on for about 3 weeks. They eventually stopped replying to me via email. I looked for a phone number; there was none anywhere to be found. I eventually had to spend another couple hundred dollars on a different pair because I had to get a gift. I paid through PayPal so luckily these people didnt get my actual information or they probably wouldve ripped me off further. Its been two months and I still havent received my order or gotten an email from them explaining what happened. Id like to have my money back or atleast the product I bought. Either way Ill never buy anything off this website again.

      company name : NTWRK date of transaction: 12/12/23 total : 103$ order number : 813BMDHMSPPX This place took 103.38$ for my order but it has been over a month and no updates or response from them . Upon looking at reviews MANY customers are complaining of not receiving their order , nor getting refunds or communication.

      I placed an online order with this website on December 10th. I still haven't received any status update regarding my order, and their customer service will not respond my questions. It's been more than a month, and I would like to know when will my order be shipped. I went on to their instagram, and it seems as other customers are having the same trouble as I do.       I placed an order on December 8th. It has been well over a month and I have gotten nothing besides the initial order complete email from the company. I bought a hoodie for $140. This was not a pre order. My friend who ordered the same sweatshirt received his less than a week after he ordered, but I have gotten no updates. I have emailed customer service 23 times! I am not kidding. All I have gotten are automated emails / no response at all. I have filed a dispute with my bank but this company is a huge scam.

      I placed an order for an item that was released on 11/30/23. When placing the order there was a note stating that orders would be shipped between 1-2 weeks. It has now been almost 40 days and there has been no updates on shipping. I paid for my item plus shipping have contacted the business various times through Instagram and email and have gotten no response. Order Number: 5VO7LJ0ON44D
