    This one is pretty simple: I ordered a small patch for a music festival last year online. After a few months I got an update that production was delayed and they issued a partial refund. Another few months goes by and I ask when will I receive the patch. They issue another partial refund without any other explanation but it doesnt equate to a full refund. Ive since asked for a full refund and they have stopped responding. At this point Im owed a bit over $2.00 so it isnt about the money, but their lack of customer service and poor treatment of a customer. My screenshots show the order number, both refunds and the amount Im still owed for it to be a full refund. Honestly, Id prefer the patch at this point because it was to be my token from the show, but its clear that ship has sailed.

    On 11/28/24 I placed an online order. On 12/8.24 I contacted them asking for a shipment update. I provided them the order number, email receipt, my bank record, and the credit card/name/email from my order and they claim that they do not have a record of my order. I have failed a report with my bank. But as of now, this merchant and ****** ******** have stolen $101.96 from me with no effort to refund me or ship me the ordered product.

    How can I cancel the BBB complain I made? Since I made it, the merchant has corrected this issue.
