I placed an order for a fleece jacket on December 6, 2023. I never received a tracking number or confirmation of purchase. After four phone calls, attempted emails I received no response or follow up the fleece jacket was charged to my credit card for $99 on January 19, ****, I attempted to email the business and received a notification that it was blocked . I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. I also read multiple reviews that this business was a scam, too late.Initial Complaint

On 8/27/23, A clothing item was ordered from the online store, WM-Wear, which boasts a large inventory and has a sophisticated website. ********************************* . The total was $107.94.After placing my order, I immediately reached via email in order to adjust my shipping address and clarify the shipping times. The company responded by email revealing that it would be shipping from an undisclosed international destination with a long processing time and could not make my needed shipping time; therefore I requested a return. The representative denied this return request even though the conversation was being had less than 24 hours after the order was placed. At present, the order placed over four months ago was never received. Since November 2023, I have sent numerous email and phone call requests for a refund. There have been two suspicious email confirmation responses (attached in this complaint). Neither response had any follow up nor was ever refunded. I email the company weekly and receive no response whatsoever. I am highly confident this is a scam website that takes money and never intends on providing products to any customers. I want to prevent them from continuing this malicious practice.Initial Complaint

Purchased 2 winter coats online. Thought Id never see them because customer service doesnt tell you anything, emailed them multiple times. Was also texting with one of their associates and she was of no help either. ***** arrived over a month later and they are nothing like the pictures. They are so cheap and low quality, definitely not worth the price. Request a full refund back to my credit card. Returned coats, they tried to make me pay for return shipping, they only cover 1lb. weight with their pre-paid label. They gave me store credit, that I will never use.Initial Complaint

I ordered pants from their site 42 days ago, and they have never shown up in the mail. The company kept giving me the same reply "They are in transit... and it will take a while". If I put the tracking number in the site says the package information is received, but it says nothing about being shipped out. I tried to be patient because it is from *****. 42 days really leaves you with no excuse, you are a scam at that point.Business Response

On a side note, I'd like to set your expectations that there may be a slight delay in receiving your order due to the Covid-19 pandemic or better known as Coronavirus, borders are being locked down, there are fewer planes, more layoffs, and fewer workers. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
