Purchased personalized jewelry and looking for a ********* is states no refunds accepted for this type of jewelry, and I was aware of that. However, I requested it because the item broke within hours of arriving (the necklace just fell apart; nothing pulled on it). They claim no refunds and said they can fix if I pay a fee and shipping. I am already upset by the quality but give them one more chance. Necklace broke again (nothing pulled on it) after two months. At this point, it's obvious that their business is to sell poor quality product for a ridiculous price, then stand behind their return policy so they don't have to take any responsibility and take no exceptions because they know this happens all the time. In addition, they charge the consumer a fee + shipping to correct their known shoddy product.Initial Complaint

Extremely poorly made jewelry. Broke on 5th use and they refused to repair (even though it was clear it was a quality issue) without charging me upwards of 100 dollars. Extremely rude customer service, did not listen to my complaint without denying me a repair due to poor quality.Customer Answer

Ordered the following product in September 2023: ****************************************************************************************************************************** The ring arrived damaged, with prongs broken. The vendor promptly repaired it. Upon first use, more prongs broke and stones fell out. We requested a refund, as this was clearly a defective product. The vendor refused, but repaired it again. Knowing the poor quality of the ring, my wife didn't wear it again until Summer 2024. Upon first use, prongs broke and stones fell out yet again. Again the vendor refused any refund, and this time requested $100 plus shipping to repair the defective ring. Given the numerous BBB complaints against *************, this is clearly a fraudulent company. Buyer beware.Business Response

Hi thank you for your feedback and bringing your case to our attention, we do offer free repairs for a 30 days period in case jewelry is defective, but thereafter do charge a minimal repair fee as life happens with all jewelry and damage can be caused.

My husband purchased a 16" 14k gold asymmetrical initial necklace as a gift. The chain broke and I sent it back to ************* to be repaired. I paid $35 for the repair fee plus shipping. When I received the repaired necklace it measured 24.5". I contacted ************* and was told that it the necklace had stretched and that I would have to pay an additional $35 plus shipping to have it shortened. The necklace did not stretch 8.5" and was the same length when I mailed it in as it was when I first got it. ************* refuses to take any responsibility for the difference in length, insisting that it had grown by 8.5", which is physically impossible. I purchased a ************************* necklace from Bloomingdales last March. The necklace broke completely in September. Bloomingdales gave me the ran around and refused to make right as well as ************* Company did. ************* DOES NOT stand behind their products whatsoever. We had previously purchased a diamond necklace. The necklace broke (the necklace was flimsy but it was our fault that it broke) and we contacted ************* customer service about repairing the chain and clasp. ************* confirmed that they would fix this for $30 + shipping (+ $32.93). Other local stores gave us lower quotes, but we thought that ************* would take better care of their own products.After the necklace was shipped and delivered, ************* send a confirmation email that they received the '14K Gold Diamond Trillion Necklace 20"'. Our original necklace was 16" but I assumed this was either a typo (which they have in almost all their emails) and that either way, our necklace would be fully repaired. When the necklace was shipped back to us, it was soldered back together but one side of the necklace is 2" longer than the other caused by stretching from the original breakage. In other words, the chain was not fully repaired. After contacting customer service multiple times, they said that 'shortening' would have been included for no additional cost but we only asked for the chain to be 'repaired'. A full repair of the chain, as requested, should have included all necessary repairs. As noted in their terms, ************* would contact us if the repairs required additional fees or work, but that did not happen. Now, they want us to pay an additional $30 + shipping to fix the chain and don't seem to understand that they did not fully repair the chain as requested.Business Response

Hi thank you for checking in and for your feedback, please note that when we process a repair we only address the repair customer has requested, in this case it would be the broken chain, which you were quoted for and services were rendered.
Regarding the shortening of the chain now, we would have to process a new ticket for repair and address it anew, which comes with our minimal repair fee.

I am rejecting this response because:The chain on the necklace was broken due to an accident which caused the chain to be stretched and snap in two places.
I requested the broken chain to be fixed. You only fixed the snapped links, not the stretched links. Fixing the broken chain should have included both re-linking (which you did) and evening the length on both sides (which you didnt do).

Ordered a special order Necklace from Zoe Lev Jewelry of ***********. The cost of the item was approximately $1,320. Had it for a few months, and when an initial bent, had someone look at it. No work was done to touch the item, but they asked if we knew the *** initial was put on backwards. In trying to resolve this, the company refuses (after sending pictures) to acknowledge that the initial was done improperly, and insists that I must pay shipping and a $45 fee to have it sent out to them to look at.Business Response
