    For the first time I contacted this company on Feb.5 2025 over the phone and was assured that they can do the work for me. We agreed that I'll send my personal jeans, I sewn to copy them and make the bulk for me. Guess what? I cannot get my jeans back since Feb. 14 2025. They kept promising that the jeans will be shipped next week, next week..... Now. They stopped responding to my emails and once they see my phone number I'm calling from, they not picking up. I called from another number, they picked and the all of the promises resumed, and no emails, not picking the phone again. Speaking with the person who picked up the phone, I figured that was the same person, but introduces himself **** instead of ****, I delt with before.

Just to clarify the customer thinks of himself as ***** **** and claims every person as ****, He loves **** a bit too much. To clarify, **** and ****** are two different people, **** already have received his jeans.

    1/24/2024 $2300 Provide us with multiple samples of a jacket and then once the sample is finalize, provide us with a bulk amount of ********************************************************************************************* updated on the process. As time has passed Affix neglects to communicate with me on the process of my order. I have emailed, called, text, and left voicemails and nobody communicates with me. I even message their text support and anytime I bring up my issue they mysteriously disconnect or unable to message me further. The agreed upon length of time was suppose to be 3-4 months and it is officially a year now. For a year they have fed me lies about the process and have not delivered me the bulk items Affix has not tried to contact me or fix this issue.

    Scammer. I waited for these products for 4 months. No answer. Never picked up the phone. Hardly emailed. Asked for a refund and is now pretending they cant send it back!

    In 2022 we entered a contract with Affix Apparel working with a gentlemen called *******************. ***** looks to be a project manager for the company. We were working to launch a brand in the fitness industry and after reviewing materials, timelines and work to be performed proceeded with Affix. Since that time we have received 3 sets of samples over the last 2 1/2 years each worse and delayed longer due to supposed 'supply chain' issues. We've showed patience with the company and *****, until we looked to cut our losses and asked for a refund due to the fact the company was unable to deliver the product they agreed to produce. We were denied a refund by the company and ******************* has gone AWOL. No answer despite 12 messages sent to him and the ******************************** team. No answer. I reached out to supposedly "Director/Owners' of the company on LinkedIn and again totally ignored with no response. No professional courtesy to advise their customer of delays or next steps or response to an inquiry. This is a warning to all those looking to do business with this company. Stay away and go elsewhere. I have a strong feeling that any and all social media posts and experiences are doctored up to lure customers in and take their money. We spent $9k and have seen nothing for it over the last 2 1/2 years. There is no reason in this business to do business in this manner unless you are just stealing entrepreneurs money with no intention to do the work. Awful experience and even to this day I continue to send emails and receive no response. I don't believe ******************* is a real name. I believe it is an alias used and encouraged by the company. Stay away and stay in the *** for your products. This company looks to have operations in ******** which is bad news.

    I agreed to use this manufacturer . They dragged on for months . I have emails and proof that they agreed to process this within a month or two . When they shipped a sample of the product that I ordered. The product was nothing that I wanted. Missing items and missing the zippers all together. I am furious. As soon as I reached out for a refund . Affix Apparel went silent on me

    I contacted Affix Apparel to create custom leggings for a business ventures. Upon calling I was told that they could manufacture said leggings in the *********** location. I proceeded with hiring them to produce 50 pairs of custom leggings with heat transfer logos. Totaling $1800... After waiting months for my first sample to arrive I finally received a product that I was unsatisfied with. I conveyed this to them and was told they would make any changes. I sent examples of fabric I wanted used to a warehouse in ******** even though it was supposed to be produced in the ***. They created another sample that was not up to our standards. I told them again I was happy with the product and was told that again they would fix any mistakes. Months later I received a third sample which was worse than the first 2. Again I conveyed that I was unhappy and it was at this point that I stopped receiving communication from the company. No one would respond to emails or calls. We were finally tired of being treated like such and requested a refund minus the cost of the samples. No response... Months later we received a call from a different projects manager asking for another chance to produce our samples. We conveyed that we no longer wanted to work with this company due to prior treatment and please just issue a refund. He said he would check with his team and get back to us in 48 hours. ***** later he called again and said he would issue refund and would contact us in 48 hours to confirm refund was issued. It was not. We have tried to call but again we get no answer to calls or emails regarding this matter and it had been over a month now.

    I have been working with Affix Apparel since October of 2023. I had to change my style because they were not meeting my deadline and I couldn't sell that particular product by the time they decide to ship it.Working with Affix Apparel has been exhausting, draining, and frustrating. They sat on an email I sent on January 2nd to approve a swatch for one of my styles. ***** says anything and blow smoke up your a** to make it seem like he is doing his job. It is now the end of January *********************************** product. Their contract says 2-4 weeks for arrival of samples. We are way over that time-frame of not receiving anything. I would not recommend this company to anyone.They are very stressful. I'm starting to believe this is a scam based on the reviews I readed. Affix Apparel has held up my entire process and I am way over my timeline to launch my business. I'm very disappointed and upset.We are now in March of 2024. Affix Apparel sent a picture of the sample which is incomplete and nothing like my design. I requested a full refund and they are giving me the run around to get my money, samples, and patterns back. This is a horrible company and should be shut down indefinitely. They have no knowledge on how to produce clothes and/or to make clothing.

    I placed an order with affix apparel in July. The order was for 50 custom manufactured shirts using a 60/40 fabric split between bamboo and nylon. The company was late on their promised sample. When i received the sample it was poorly made and did not feel like the material i requested. I then asked for proof of material and was told that i needed to increase my order size to get custom fabric. I was told (after the fact) that in order to actually source my materials i would need to place a larger order and that my mix was something along the lines of 80/20 split. I asked for proof of that and they would not give it to me. They assured me the new sample would be what i wanted and much happier. We are now in December, and I have not received my new sample. I have asked for a full refund and they are saying that i can only get **** dollars back of my ****** payment because they had to source may fabrics. I told them that i was told they did not do this because my order was too small and they gave me a sample of fabric i did not ask for. They are refusing to give me a refund after they failed to meet every single promise their business has made. I have read other negative reviews and i am worried I might be dealing with a scam. i would like to resolve this issue and get my money back. Please help. I am not sure what documents to attach, but can provide anything that is needed.

    Beginning in August of 2021, no trash began communicating with Affix Apparel Ltd in regards to potentially manufacturing our clothing. When we initially began communications with our project manager ******* ****** we repeatedly clarified that our clothing was not "normal" and had some special requirements to meet our production standards. But ******* assured us that this would not be a problem. Additionally, ******* ensured us that we would not be restricted in the quantity or quality of corrections of product samples. So we signed our initial contract for 19 individual pieces with ******* Smith, and sent Affix Apparel Ltd. a wire transfer of about ******* on September 30th, 2021. This initial delivery date for sampling was October 25th, 2021 and bulk production was November 25th, 2021. So when our first samples delivery on November 22nd, 2021 were not close to the quality we specified in the order summary and 28 days late, we gave him another chance. We believed that he would fix the problems enough to sign another contract with ******* ***** for 12 additional patches and wired Affix Apparel Ltd. ********* on January 4th, 2022. This initial delivery date for sampling was January 20th, 2022 and bulk production was February 10th, 2022. However, after multiple project-managers, we still never received anything close to our order's samples. After giving Affix as many opportunities as we possibly could, we finally had to ask to cancel our orders and get a refund. However, ***** told us they would not be issuing us a refund nor making the clothing to the standards agreed upon in the initial contract. So we have paid more than ******* for 20 pieces of incorrectly-made clothing. While normally this would be handled in court, Affix falsely represents themselves as a California-based company. The address listed online and on their website is a *************************** However, Affix Apparel Ltd. is only registered in the U.K.
