    I purchased this product on 12/20/2024 and paid for two day shipping. The shipping took around 4/5 days not including the weekend. After use, this product left me with rashes/burns. I found a ******** group full of others that this happened to. I reached out regarding my concern and to get a refund, but they dont respond. I got a generic response offering a 20% refund and a coupon code. I dont want to use ANY more of their products. Ive sent about five more emails after that and havent heard anything back.

    I feel for the hype and ordered this product. Upon reviewing the email confirming my order, I noticed that I was automatically enrolled in some Bleame *************** which charges $29.99 every 30 days... That's crazy. I tried calling the phone number provided in the email to request that I be unsubscribed and the customer service agent couldn't locate me in the system... I've emailed the company but now I'm worried about this reoccuring charge that I did not consent to. What kind of reputable business operates like this?

    Transaction made on 2/18. Purchased the crystal **** eraser. Caused rash on my skin. Also, when i went to see what i could do about returning, they said my purchase included a VIP membership that agreed to. I did not agree to that. When you go to purchase it says agree and continue. Try it risk free! 30 day money back guarantee did not say anything about a membership was that included it as a line item in checkout. On my receipt it says in small text: Your order contains the Bleame **************** which you agreed to enroll. It will be $***** Monthly. If you want to avoid this charge please reach out to us before your first charge occurs in 12 days by calling us at ************** or email supporting at ******************************* Following your first charge in 12 days, you will be billed ***** every 30 days. Unsubscribe anytime. now i am trying to get in touch with someone to cancel something that was not transparent during ordering.

    I purchased a product from Bleame on 12/30/23. I subsequently cancelled the order due to information I later read online about the business. They agreed to cancel the order and said a refund would be issued. I have not received the refund nor have I received the product. They said they could only process a certain number of returns per day so they would try to move me up in the queue. It has been more than 3 weeks.

    I purchased a 2 pack of the Bleame crystal **** eraser on 8/12/23. The website claimed there was a "30 day money back guarantee," so I figured if I tried it and was not satisfied, I could return it. I read their instructions and used their product according to the instructions. It gave me blotchy, red, painful friction ***** all over my legs. I do not have sensitive skin on my legs, and I have never had such a horrific reaction from any personal care product ever in my life. When I asked for a refund according to the 30 day money back guarantee, they only offered me a partial refund and I had to pay out of my pocket to ship the product back. I was appalled at how deceptive they were, but I decided to take them on their offer and try to get a partial refund at least, so I sent the product back with my own money. It has been 5 months now (well over the time they said the refund would be processed within) and I still have not recieved any of my money back, so functionally they just stole the shipping cost from me, in addition to selling me a product under false pretenses, and lying about their refund policy. I should have read the BBB reviews before placing an order; did not realize how scummy and dishonest this company is.

    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Bleame regarding a crystal ****** I purchased from them on April 12 for $33. This product caused severe ***** to my skin, resulting in three days of intense pain and a recovery period of two weeks.Upon experiencing these adverse effects, I attempted to voice my concerns on Bleame's ******** page, but my comments were systematically filtered, suppressing any negative feedback. Despite numerous individuals reacting negatively to their posts, the company has effectively silenced dissenting opinions by filtering comments.When I reached out to Bleame requesting a refund due to the harm their product caused, their response was dismissive, stating that "every skin is different." This inadequate response reflects their disregard for consumer safety and satisfaction.Moreover, based on the filtered comments and reactions on their social media page, it's evident that multiple individuals have faced similar adverse effects from this product, yet Bleame continues to suppress such feedback, potentially putting other consumers at risk.I am seeking a refund for the product as well as aiming to warn other potential buyers about the risks associated with purchasing items from Bleame.     This order for a product from Bleame cost about $65. I got a confirmation email and it said it will keep you updated if there were any delays. After 10 days, I reached out and didnt hear back. Then I started looking into other reviews (off their page) and saw the trend that this was a scam. They have deleted my comments asking for them to contact me 3 times on their instagram. They only leave positive comments which I think might also be fake. Thankfully I disputed with my bank and hoping they reverse the charge. I paid via Apple Pay so hopefully my account info is safe. I tried reaching them by email and their social media and they have not been responsive at all. It has now been over 2 weeks since the order was placed. Unfortunately this company is either not real or just really bad at business. Either way, they should be held accountable for their fraud.

    I received the product, it didnt work, and they are not giving me a refund. I am getting the same emails it sounds like everyone else is getting about being refunded eventually and there being only a certain amount of refunds per day they can do, etc. I am currently disputing it with my credit card company so hopefully I can finally get a refund that way. Very shady company.

    Product is extremely dangerous and caused injury that took several weeks to heal. The company refused to honor the 30 day money back guarantee they advertised. I contacted them immediately after using it and having a reaction. They told me it was my fault and that I used it wrong, which is a lie. It appears to be what they say to the hundreds of other customers with the exact same issue.

    I paid $47.25 for 2 crystal **** erasers and it does not work. Ive tried it dry, with some water, and wet. I emailed them stating I'd like to return both of them since their website mentioned a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. My order number was B415908. They kept on saying that I may have been using the product wrong and sending me guidelines and asked for me to send pictures. I finally put my foot down and replied "Can I just get a return/refund please this is extremely frustrating and I do not want to be further convinced to keep the product. You listed a 30 day satisfaction guarantee so please stick to that. So far I have not left any negative reviews but if these attempts to avoid a return/refund continue then I will leave my reviews everywhere." However, they only offered a 50% refund or a 70% refund equivalent to the manufacturing and production costs (I'd have to pay for shipping and it would take 40 business days). I then replied that "No where on your website does it state those 2 options as your refund policy. I've also done further research and found hundreds of other people on ***************** Tik Tok, etc. talking about the same painful reactions to your product and I've seen your social media remove comments and negative reviews. This is clearly unethical and misleading and I would like a full refund. Do not state a 30 day satisfaction guarantee unless you plan to stick to that. I will be filing a dispute with my bank and these practices (implying I was using the product wrong, saying it was rare for others to have painful reactions, asking for images of my body for "proof," not clearly outlining your refund policy on your website, censoring negative comments, etc.) are just cause for reporting you to the BBB." Only then did they say they would refund me to whole amount in **** business days, but we'll see if that happens. If not, I will be filing a dispute with my bank.
